I've only been doing weight watchers for about a month now, but I've noticed it's easy to follow along they have amazing virtual classes and in person classes with all sorts of topics to choose from. The classes are extremely helpful. I'm doing the weight loss portion so I'm watching my points and honestly, it's super simple to follow and understand. I'm very happy to be a part of this company.

Med + has been easy to use so far I just sometimes feel I’m not eating what I should

I have had the same experience as many others. I signed up and changed my mind about using weight loss medication. I asked them to cancel 12 hours after signing up and they claim I am required to pay at least $99 per months for 12 months. I was never told that prior to signing up. I have never heard of a plan that you were unable to cancel if you weren't using. They are preying on individuals' emotions and stealing their money. Opportunistic thievery.

Everyone I have worked with in my care team has been amazing. They always contact me promptly with answers to any of my questions or concerns.

The meetings help me a lot and we have a great WW coach that always makes me walk away from the meeting with new knowledge of the program

I'm loving the All-In program, but would love to have some meal suggestions that would help me hit the protein and fiber goals, similar to the ones given to new members that focus on staying within point goals.
I love the in-person meetings, and all the new online meeting options (as far as topics).
If something could improve, it would be that there's a program option that is more "get it together, and quit lying to yourself" (haha) than "it's okay if you eat xyz, you're only human, etc." I (and probably many of us) need and want less compassion in this area and more reality, especially as someone who is on maintenance.

Life changing program! The virtual meetings have been a game changer. You can join a meeting when you have a few extra minutes. Weekly topics are very helpful but some of the virtual meeting themes are such a blessing. I am a planner and there are so many workshops that help with that. Almost every meeting I leave having written some note quoting what a coach or member said. Inspiring. I will be a member for life!

The app is wonderful and easy to understand. The meetings are so important- full of information and new ideas!

Easy, straightforward application. Options are put forth fairly clearly. Some areas could use improvements; for example, I had a regular membership but wanted to try to start Med+. I had to pay for the Med+ membership before I met with a clinician, not being sure if I was eligible for medication. As of now, I am not sure if I will automatically go back to my regular membership when I stop taking the medication. I assume I will be contacted via email, but not sure. Another issue, I had to follow up to get the medication. Last example, I don’t know how many medical and nutritional appointments I will need, so at what point should I follow up? It would be helpful to have a clearer roadmap from the beginning. Thank you.

I feel lost, and the program is not working for me. To many options, not sure.

Working with the team of Med plus has been a highly supportive experience. They promptly answer questions and are positive, professional, and knowledgeable about weight loss strategies. I trust them and feel comfortable enough to contact them when necessary. Combined with all features within the app, I feel I am getting total support within the program. I am totally satisfied with my Weight Watchers experience.

The app keeps logging me out and I have to start all over again entering my weight, height, etc. also the app is too busy. There are a lot of places to click just to do simple things like enter data to find the points for something or search. Less is more

Still trying to navigate the site after the changes.
Still MISSING the in-person meetings. They ALL were taken from our state (Vermont) three years ago.
I was one of the WW leaders who lost her job with that move. And, as a former leader who still is in touch with dozens of former members, I have heard many disgruntled reviews. They still MISS their in-person connections and support that they received from meetings.

I didn't like that I was only able to communicate via messaging- phone calls are not used.

App can use some improving - while their were advances in app it was at expense of foregoing what was differentiator for WW
I am on menopause program and now I cannot see my points total per meal only per type of food… which is contrary to the value proposition or differentiator of WW from other programs

I would like more support for GLP medicines and foods to eat. I get medicine from my own doctor

I love everything about it, except the app, should never have changed it.
I like the virtuals, the food receipe's, the work outs.
