Big is not always better
I had forgotten about my am delivery and was expecting an am delivery next day but they delivered it to me late evening you wouldn't get this service from the larger retailers.

Wellington's were amazing! They rang me to tell me that there would be an extended wait on delivery of an order and gave me the option of cancelling and them helping me find an alternative. When I managed to find the required product elsewhere, they immediately refunded my money and were very communicative throughout. Unbelievably amazing service
The 2 guys who came with the oven that sadly did not fit, went above and beyond to find one that did, came back with it and fitted it all in under an hour! Unbelievable service and such a lovely team of people too have - can not thank you enough.

Very good service
I was kept informed of delivery issues initially. An Wellingtons was able provide me with a change of delivery date that was convenient for me. The people who installed my washing machine did so very quickly and efficiently!

Bosch fridge freezer
We ordered a Bosch fridge freezer. The two delivery men were excellent, and extremely careful getting the old appliance out and the new one in and connecting it all up. We would thoroughly recommend them and always use Wellington for our electrical goods.

Great service from start to finish. I spoke to different people every time I called and they were all very pleasant and informative and couldn’t have been more helpful! Person who installed was lovely and very careful, putting dust sheets down before bringing washing machine into the house. Have used before and will definitely use in the future.
