Do not deal with Wellnee. They "upsell" you things you didn't put in your basket and they refuse to rectify your order They are scammers and should be exposed as such.

Tried the brace for a week or two and found it fine as long as you don't move. The minute you start walking the natural movement pushes the brace down. I finally gave up when it fell off ten minutes after putting it on. I've since bought an elasticated brace with crossover velcro straps for about a third of the price and it's a 100% improvement.

Website is designed to confuse old people and to immediately charge with no option to cancel.

My elderly mother was looking at the website and ordered by mistake. The company has not responded to emails or to the online form. Despite asking for cancellation, they have shipped the products from China and not responded to any communication.

I had to give one star to write review.This company is a disgrace.They are just scaling people.I ordered them knee pads.But there put patches on my order for £22 you cannot look and your order it just goes through.you cannot cancel your order.then it doesn't arrive.you get in touch but all you talk to is Alwhich is a machine.they keep saying the same thing.48 hour and a number.They keep sending to where you down.and you end up with nothing just out of pocket.THEY ARE SCAMERS.PLEASE DO NOT BUY.There are in China not America.also there just shot you a slip of paper from courier saying Delivered.

Terrible service. Unable to cancel error order although informed them of the error in under 5 minutes. Although items sent from UK you have to return to USA!! Registered post as well at your own cost. Finally and perhaps the most important THEY DON'T WORK!!

My order, #5211358003408 on 8/17/24, was never received. There may have been some error on the delivery. If it was sent UPS my street address is 211 Box Elder Ave. Paonia, CO 81428. My PO Box is 667, Paonia, Co 81428

Ordered knee patches and suddenly my order was increased! Within 5 minutes of order being placed I tried to cancel but was informed that my order had already been packed! Order arrived and when I tried to return it they said to keep the product and get 40% refund. Implied that to return would cost me a lot in shipping and customs to USA. Avoid this company.

Absolutely dire company. I received an email with an offer. I opened the email, DID NOT add anything to my basket only to have £38 taken from my bank account. I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and they replied saying the order had already been picked. All I could do apparently is return them which apparently has to be to USA even though the package has come from Farnham, GU9. They won’t send me a returns label either. But they will let me keep the order at a reduced rate. Absolute scammers, please do not use this company, you will regret it. They are taking money from peoples accounts without authorisation and should be investigated.

I ordered and paid for a knee Brace , on looking at the confirmation email they sent it stated KNEE SLEEVE ,I told them I didnt want this item , they said it is too late to alter the order as its on its way to you . I live in ENGLAND , now for me to return this unwanted item I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK . PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM THEY DONT SEND WHAT YOU ORDER,

Initial superficially impressive customer service for a first trial order in January descended into communication failure and total lack of customer care. In February, I was informed that a second order by me was on its way (I had NOT placed any further order as my husband for whom the first trial order had been placed, was found to need more advanced surgical care) and met with a complete refusal by the Company to accept this reality - with repeated emails from them containing the same insistence on a further order (and presumably payment!) by me to be expected. If this is the way that the company goes about attracting repeat business, it is less than admirable and needs to be re-educated. Newcomers to this company beware!
Since no notice was taken by the Company of my complaints, I contacted my Credit Card Company who have now blocked any further attempts by Wellnee to take payment from my card for any future fabricated orders.
