Adrian (We Love Pets Sleaford) has been providing a 5 star service for my dog Scout for nearly 5 years. His experience, knowledge and understanding of my dog 's individual needs delivers a bespoke service which is priceless and very hard to find . I can relax knowing my dog has the best care and Scout definitely thinks of Adrian as one if the family. If you want your pet to have the same care (that you would give them) i can thoroughly recommend Adrian , excellent reliable service with real.kindness and care for the animals .

Just seen the review from Harry Hawksworth and felt compelled to defend WLP (Sleaford) Adrian has walked our dogs for a number of years. He has always been polite, reliable, accommodating, compassionate and provided excellent communication. Our dogs adore him! We regularly recommend him but I know that his local reputation is excellent so I suspect that he was simply unable to accommodate new customers; this is far from misleading but a testament to his excellent service. If you are fortunate enough to secure one of his regular slots you will not regret it.

The website for my local branch (Sleaford Lincolnshire) states that my village and several others further from Sleaford than where I live, are covered by the service. Therefore, I made an enquiry, only to be told my village is too far from Sleaford! That completely contradicts the information on the website and so it is misleading and wasting people's time trying to make contact and secure a service for your dog.

Nadine walks my two goldendoodles in new romney. She is brilliant with them both old and young. She is punctual always happy. Very helpful with advice and tips if asked. We have only been in the area 6 weeks She is a godsend. Kim and john

We love pets (East coast) have been amazing from the start. We have some nervous dogs who have taken a while to build confidence and between Jake and Ryan’s expertise they have offered us a lot of support and help to help the pups settle. The rest of the team have been super patient and caring towards our pups and it is so lovely to see the video and photo updates after every visit with the team. The pups particular love Kelly from the team and are getting there with others. The team treat the pups as if they are their own dogs and I look forward to seeing the pups grow in confidence as we keep going forward with them. Jake and the team are also just at the end of a message, no matter the time, and respond promptly with advice and guidance. They are also very able to accommodate our needs when we have needed to change or add any visits for the pups.

Jake and the team have always been wonderful. We have used them on numerous occasions and would highly recommend, as would our chickens!

The branch for Great Yarmouth area (Jake) and his team the in absolut lifesaver when I pride dog sitter who was booked for modern half a year suddenly backed out and I stood there without anybody looking after our two fairly large dogs during one week of holiday I had planned. Luckily Sam in his Team had availability and was happy to take on these 2 x 45kg beasts lol.
I can only say that I have never been more at ease when I was away on holiday and had to leave my dogs behind. I was initially a bit annoyed because the price is fairly high with £100 per 24hrs when it's less than 7 days but I must say it was definitely worth it.
I hope there will be a discount in for us the next time ;-)

Jake looked after our boy quinn for 8 nites whist we were on holiday...and he had the best time ever...
We had regular updates via photos and videos of all their walks and adventures..we cud easily see how much fun..and care he was given..hes a 6 month old rottie and can be a handful..but Jake handled him so well and carefully and with love..we won't hesitate to leave quinn again with Jake as our mind id at ease that he will have the best care and attention..thanks Jake x

The team cared for my beautiful girl during her final months. They showed compassion, expertise and flexibility to provide the most outstanding care when I could not be there.

They are very reliable, flexible and committed to your pets need. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My experience with Lorna has been deeply upsetting and unprofessional from start to finish. When I questioned an unexpected charge, Lorna immediately disregarded previously agreed terms and imposed her own protocol, ultimately withdrawing our animal care just two weeks before our holiday—despite knowing the stress and difficulty that would cause. While I was away, she continued to send multiple emails and even contacted me via WhatsApp, a platform she had never previously used and for which she did not have my permission to reach out. Her conduct has felt targeted, inappropriate, and lacking in basic compassion or understanding. Lorna also claims I was abusive when I explain I had a panick attack after her unexpected email of full amount to be paid when only agreed the day before as normal protocol 50/50 and repeatedly said I was worried about the welfare of my dogs care as we were limited in other options. These pleas were ignored until she demanded payment for dogs walks which were two were doubled in amount as my dog was only walked twice but came to £66!

To make matters worse, she is now aggressively pursuing payment for services despite unresolved complaints—including a formal report about damage to my home caused by one of her dog walkers, who tracked mud through the house and ruined a £54 rug. Which we have video evidence willing to provide as proof, again this ignores. Rather than acknowledge or investigate this, she has ignored my emails and continued to focus solely on money, in a way that comes across as spiteful and vindictive. It is extremely concerning that someone with such little regard for fairness or client welfare is allowed to represent this company. I strongly urge the business to reconsider her position and conduct a serious review of how customer concerns are handled.
I have recieved 15 emails and three messages. Ignoring all of my reply’s have all of this investigated!

We have used We Love Pets Farnham for over 4 years for home boarding and occasional dog walking. Communication has always been great and we trust Lorna completely with our cockapoo. We particularly love all the photos we get of his adventures. We can go away and enjoy our holidays knowing he is being so well looked after. Thank you!

We have used WeLovePets for over 5 years and could not recommend them enough. We have used all services from Cat visits to Dog home boarding, Dog sitting and Dog walks and honestly have been beyond happy with the support the team give us. From last minute requests to helping with longer overseas trips with the Army - no ask is ever too much. We have had three very needs Weimaraners and they all have come with their own specific needs and personalities and the team (everyone in the team) have kept them happy, safe, health and well cuddled and exercised throughout. Our Cat beans is a fussy man and now seems to love the WeLovePets visits more than us - which is a testament to how good and caring the team are. We recommend them to everyone we know for both their support and care with our pets but also their excellent prices which are well worth it - we would be lost without them!

10000% recommend! We have used welovepets for a while now and have always been accommodating, helpful and friendly. Not to mention I feel at ease knowing our 2 dogs and Cat are being cared for by a fantastic team with profession and reliable staff. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for our pet care

I have been a dog boarder as well as a customer for We Love Pets Farnham since 2020. It is a pleasure to be part of their team - they are always super responsive and supportive to me as a boarder. I have also been a customer of theirs for one of my own dogs and I recommend them to anyone who asks. Having inside knowledge of the efforts they go to to meet standards and prioritise a good experience for pets in their care is all the reassurance I need. Communication with owners during a stay is a priority and having been through a home inspection myself, I know the standards they work to. They really love the animals in their care .. as well as their own!

I have been using Lorna , Jo snd the team for a few years now . I couldn’t be happier. My pets are the world to me and as such a will only have exceptional care for them. This I get. My dog loves to board with Lorna it’s like her own holiday and home away from home. The care and attention she is given is amazing. I also use the cat care service and my very elderly cats are visited twice a day with all their particular needs catered for.
I cannot recommend We Love Pets highly enough. Such a weight off my mind when I am away to know my furry friends are in safe hands.

Refusing to look after a dog based on size and breed without any insight to the dog itself! Advertise on your website that you only look after cat sizes dogs and hate any big breeds based on outdated stereotypes! Disgusting behaviour, which actually makes me wonder how they would in fact treat your beloved pet while you are away. Avoid at all costs!
