Working for We Love Pets
I worked for we love pets Bridgend for almost a year and it was such a great experience! They offer lots of training and support especially in the initial stages. It was clear to see that they really care about all of the animals they care for and ensure safety and comfort of both the animals and those caring for them is the priority. Can’t recommend using or working for we love pets enough! The owner of the Bridgend branch Emma is amazing to work for and has years of experience so both customers and those working for her feel in very safe hands

We Love Pets Wigan are just excellent
We Love Pets Wigan are just excellent. They’ve cared for our Chocolate Labs for all their lives so far and they love the visits, walks and playtimes! I can’t recommend them enough.

"We love pets" is a must use...
We have recently used Sarah and Lisa to look after our 3 cats.. Rosie, Fifi and Messi. We were delighted by "we love pets". Communication was brilliant at all times from the initial face to face meeting, to whilst we were away and follow up upon our return. We felt completely at ease when we were away and for the first time in a long time weren't worrying about the furr babies as we knew they were in good hands. We received regular daily comms as well as lots of photo's and appreciated all the time that Sarah spent with them... when we got home, the furr babies weren't sulking which was a first
.I would definitely recommend Lisa and her team... I definitely get the feeling that they care and love our furr babies as much as we do.

Trusted and excellent Home Boarding
My 4 year old cockerpoo, Monty, just spent a week home boarding with Mandy from We Love Pets Chorley. Mandy is amazing!! Monty had the time of his life spending long walks with his doggy friends and receiving all the love and attention he needed. Not only that but the updates were great and the photos we received were like a photo shoot. I fully recommend Mandy from We Love Pets Chorley and will have no hesitation to use her again.

Great service
My 2 cockapoos have gone from having company all the time to being on their own all day. This is since my mum passed - we love pets met with us to discuss our needs and they are flexible when needed if we are not going to be back until later.
They both love their dog walkers

We Love Pets are most marvellous
We Love Pets High Wycombe are amazing! Steph and the team take the time to understand my dog and her very specific needs. They always take great care and time to make her feel safe and comfortable. I like the fact they work to and uphold very high standards and work on a very personal level with me and my dog...she is very comfortable with pop ins and her walks and this means a lot as her confidence has come along leaps and bounds. I can't rate We Love Pets enough
I can't rate We Love Pets High Wycombe enough. They are so patient with my very nervous/stubborn dog and have really taken the time to gain her trust. The difference now is amazing and you would think she was a different dog. Their passion and love for animals is evident, so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them!

Concerning the notice period, we’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the length of notice given. Our Terms of Business and Service Agreement require 5 business days' notice for us to terminate this type of service. At the time, there were no current or future bookings in the diary, and as explained, we wanted to ensure you had plenty of time to find a replacement. If there had been any bookings already agreed upon, we would have accommodated them until you found a replacement.
We always aim to have consistent staff building strong relationships with the same dogs. However, with ad-hoc bookings, last-minute changes, and gaps between bookings, it’s not always possible to accommodate specific staff preferences. That said, we do ensure that every confirmed booking is covered. Staff holidays, last-minute sickness, and differing work schedules mean some flexibility is required, but we always prioritise the welfare of your dogs and ensure they receive the highest level of care.
We hope this helps to clear the matter up for you. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know about your experience 🐾

Tessie loves her walker.
We are extremely grateful to 'We Love Pets' for understanding Tessie's needs and loving our dog as we do. Tessie is a rescued dog who has insecurities and doesn't feel comfortable to be walked by everyone but loves her walker who had just the right attitude to gain her confidence. We started Tessie's walks after I had surgery and continued them when I was fit because Tessie enjoyed them.

My dog has been well looked after. Hes a bit frail and the team have arranged walks to suit him and his abilities. Not only that but they keep in touch. Are always helpful. You won’t regret asking them for help with pet care!

Thank you for taking such good care of my beautiful golden reteriver while I was on holiday. He enjoyed his time and walks with the team. Communication is not great
My experience was with Didcot and Wallingford branch. Initially sent an email to enquire about boarding my two labs. Few days later still no reply, followed up with a phone call and had a really good productive conversation, after which I was open to becoming a "host" family. I was promised a follow up email. Again the email took a good few days to arrive. Eventually we managed to arranged a meeting, which went really well (both owners seemed lovely). After the meeting, I was looking at the paperwork and noticed that the hosting family only receive 30% of what is paid by the dog owner. Initially I thought it was a typing error. When I emailed to question, the answer was that the 70% goes towards covering the overheads. I find it very unusual to the common practice of 50/50 or 45/50 split. It makes you wonder about the quality of care, when the people who host the dogs get just over £10 per day to look after them. I ended up booking somewhere else.

Regarding the boarding, after evaluating your lovely dogs, we offered you a place with a fantastic boarder and confirmed the arrangement. However, you informed us that you had made alternative arrangements, which is completely understandable. Finding the service that is right for you is the most important consideration.
As for becoming a boarder for us, in line with Defra and government regulations, there were several aspects of your garden, including the sudden drop at the edge of your lawn that were a concern to us. We understand that making the necessary changes to your garden was not feasible for you, and we regret that we couldn't move forward, as you and your home, along with your dogs, were delightful.
In terms of payment to our boarders, after deducting VAT, insurance costs, and licensing fees, the boarder receives much more than 50% of the remaining amount. We provide training, guidance and support. We help boarders through the lengthy and often difficult licencing process and offer round-the-clock contingency plans, to ensure all bookings are guaranteed and the well-being of the dogs in our care comes first.
We are so pleased that you found the dog care that fits with what you were looking for. We are very transparent with our prices and costs to both customers and staff alike and have a happy, dedicated team to offer award-winning care for our hundreds of customers and offer the very best We Love Pets services. Our services are always available to you and your lovely dogs if you ever require them in the future.

I was very lucky to come across Lisa when I was in need of a cat sitter for a last minute holiday that I booked! From the moment she came round to meet my sphynx cat “Raley”, I knew she would be in safe hands. Whilst I was away, I got constant updates with pictures telling me how Raley was getting on… the team not only came in and fed her twice a day but also took the time to sit with and play with her each day, being a house cat, this is exactly what she needed and I came home to a very happy cat!
