Absolutely amazing people
Tracey and Shirley at the grays branch are so friendly and helpful my dog adores going out with them and they genuinely care about the animals they look after five star service

We have been getting our dog walked on/off for about 1 year now and I am so appreciative of everything they do. With our usual walker Maria we get photos/videos anytime our dog is walked which is really lovely and just gives us peace of mind while away at work knowing our dog is being looked after and cared for. It's the small things like seeing the dogs coat has been put on if its raining and also having a little play or cuddle with the dog after the walk is really lovely to see. We can see our dog loves Maria and is always relaxed and calm around her. I honestly found it a bit nerve-racking knowing someone you don't really know is going into you house and taking care of your dog but Maria has always given us peace of mind and I feel safe knowing that she takes care of the dog but also the house the way we would like it to. We have had situations where flights have been cancelled last minute and with one phone call all the panic and stress is taken away know our dog will be taken care of. We have also had times where we have the dog booked in for a walk and have had to cancel again with last minute plans change and there's no judgement or anything I have always experienced amazing customer service from Matt and Claire and really appreciate it. Its nice to know that whatever comes our way with last minute plans that the team at We Love Pets will always be there for us we are forever grateful. - Charlotte and Richard

Sarah and Donna at We Love Pets Blackwood branch have been amazing with our girls Teddy and Lola.
Teddy was just a 14 week old baby when Sarah began her visits for us, and has been instrumental in helping Teddy become the calm, relaxed dog she is now when being left at home. I would highly recommend Sarah and her team to anyone needing their services, thank you so much ladies!

Fantastic service! Debs and Jane from the Hereford branch looked after our border collie and cats for a week. They really took the time to get to understand our pets’ individual needs and updated us with photos and comments daily. Our initial worries about someone else looking after our demanding collie were quickly allayed and we could enjoy relax and enjoy our holiday. We’ve already asked them to house/pet sit again!

They look after my dog Blu on a regular basis, for daycare, walks and overnight stays. Blu absolutely adores them. He gets so excited when they come to the door. He always comes back happy and full of fun stories. Which we get to experience, thanks to the regular photos and videos sent. 🐾

Alfie has just returned from a 2 week holiday boarding with Andrew from the swindon branch - he had such a great time and we know he will always be well looked after and treated as one of the family. Andrew and his team have known Alfie since he was 3 months old (now nearly 5) and we couldn’t trust anyone as well as we do them to walk and board Alfie - the continuous photos show us how much he enjoys his time with ‘We Love Pets Swindon’ - Thank you

We Love Pets Wokingham Winnersh branch are amazing. Lisa has a great operation with a kind and friendly team. They ymtaje such great care of the animals in their care and ensure dog walks are fun and sociable.

Really pleased with my choice in picking We Love Pets Wokingham to look after my cats whilst I was away for a few days. Lisa was on hand from start to finish to answer any queries I had about the process. I received photos of my cats whilst I was away and you can tell that they really care about your animals.
10/10 would use them again.

Lisa (Wokingham branch) and the dog boarders we were lucky enough to meet were outstanding, right from the start Lisa understood our needs and found us the perfect fit for boarding our dog for a long weekend. Our dog had a trial sleepover prior to his 3 night stay this weekend and he absolutely loved it, he was so excited to see his boarder again for the longer boarding session it melted my heart.
Would recommend the Wokingham branch to everyone, cannot fault them at all it was a wonderful experience and to be able to leave your pet without any worries is a difficult task as a pet owner but we had none at all, we knew our dog was in safe hands :)

Kelly, Nick & Team (Tring) have been great with our dog walking needs for our 2 year old staffy. Great with communication and have been really accommodating when we have needed to change dates/times. Would highly recommend.

We love pets blackwood (Sarah Davies) amazing! My 2 fur babies love going with Sarah we have waggie tails the minute they see her. I have no worries when they are with Sarah. She is very flexible with walks always there to help with walks in an emergency. 100% recommended.

Shirley was amazing. From the minute I dropped my little maltipoo off I felt at ease. Shirley sent photos and updates every day to us whilst we were on holiday and our dog looked very settled and happy.

I worked for the branch in Derby, I was looking for part-time hours which I got around 4 hours 3 days a week, however, I didn't account for travelling and I was out of the house for nearly 6-7 hours a day and getting paid for 4, all in all, i loved the job but I couldn't be out the house for that amount of time without neglecting my own dogs, so I left after a week and said I would like you to keep any wages I have earnt this week and ill mark up to experience.

Kelly (Romford Branch) is wonderful, super reliable and my dog Coco “launches” herself into Kelly’s car on pick-up! A sure sign that my dog also gives her top approval :)

Excellent 5+ star service

I had no luck finding anybody to help me with my very large White Boxer Ollie but then I found WLP Sutton, Andrea Smart.

Andrea found me Jane who is one of their walkers and she has honestly changed my life and of course Ollie's! I live alone and work from home most of the time and although I had managed to walk Ollie I had no confidence letting him run free and I could only fit in short walks which wasn't enough for him. We started with Jane in January and Ollie is a fully fledged happy customer! He loves Jane, can't wait to see her when I get him ready before his outing. He has made lots of friends amongst the other dogs and I have a very happy boy!

I can now go to the office once a week knowing that he is going to get a visit and a lovely run around and when I get home he is even happier to see me.

I can't recommend them enough. Not just amazing with Ollie but really lovely nice people and I think they genuinely care and love the work they do. Just the absolute best!
