Yasmin and her team are wonderful. Tilly - Border Terrier - adores Lilly her dog walker. We have used 'We Love Pets' for three years now, ever since Tilly was a pup. We use the services on an intermittent basis and even at short notice, Yasmin has never let us down. Highly recommended.

I love my new life since being part of We Love Pets. I instantly knew once I met Ryan and Jo that I wanted to be part of their business, you can see the passion and Love they have for their brand immediately.
I have been part of the family now for over two years and I haven’t looked back. I have a great work life balance, have been supported to realise and smash my dreams and continue each month to achieve the goals I set myself.
I have a fantastic relationship with Ryan and Jo and the support they have given me is just like how a family would support you.
I also have amazing close relationships with so many of the other branch owners and our head office.

The passion and love Ryan and Jo possess when it comes to animal welfare is contagious and that’s why We Love Pets is hands down the best franchise to be part of, anyone who gets to be part of their family is very lucky indeed.

My life has changed since becoming a part of the "We Love Pets" family, the lifestyle I have achieved is a fantastic balance of animals, fresh air, excercise, admin and family time which is so precious!

The support we received from the very beginning has been beyond expectations - can't imagine achieving what we have without Jo, Ryan and the pretty awesome team they have built around them.

Having left We Love Pets as a Business Owner due to personal reasons I can only have good words about We Love Pets. First of all, the support I got from Jo and Ryan and Head Office could not have been more outstanding. I did not have much experience handling dogs in the beginning and managed to overcome this challenge by getting excellent face to face training and daily support as I needed. I also had regular calls, a mentor and a development/business plan which helped me to be successful. I got my first client enquiry when I was at the training (not even officially launched the business!) and I even won a record breaking award the first month on sales. It was such a great experience!! I definitely recommend We Love Pets for those passionate animal lovers who would love to run a professional 5 star business having the support of such a great team behind, who cares about their people, pets and customers. You will feel part of their family from the beginning; meet other 'newbies' and learn how to set up, run and scale your business at your own pace. Plus you will meet so many doggies, cats and many different pets and customers who will LOVE you. Thank you again We Love Pets!!

'Took my dog to be groomed and they were great! My dog isn't the easiest to groom as he gets 'overexcited' shall we say, we told the groomers about this and they were not at all phased. They did a great job, he came back looking great, smelling amazing and happy. Would definitely recomend!'

We used We Love Pets to look after our 2 cats for the weekend. Helen from the Southport team was a lovely lady who was absolutely brilliant with both cats especially as one of my cats is very shy. She called to visit us a couple of weeks before and then kept in touch with us the whole weekend we were away giving us total peace of mind knowing our cats were being well looked after. She sent us photos of them and was completely professional at all times. Would definitely recommend We Love Pets.

Paid 80 something pounds to have my two dogs washed, nails clipped and teeth cleaned.
When the dogs were brought back none of the above was carried out (apparently my dog was savage and so nails couldn't be clipped??) why wouldn't you use a muzzle? strange?
It just so happens that both dogs went to the vets the following day, the vet confirmed that the dogs had not had their teeth cleaned and also that the nails were not cut, so we paid for a professional to carry out the work. If you want to use these people then feel free to chuck your money away.

Used we love pets telford - Viv and Hayley looked after my two ponies for a week would highly recommend, happy ponies on returning. Will be using them again this year.

Having struggled to find a sitter and walker for our dog because of her nervousness around other dogs, we love pets were very understanding and flexible. They seem to genuinely love what they do and care for the animals.
