I've ordered from welsh connection 3 times. They've been a great company to do business with. Welsh lady china mugs are well packed and delivered quickly. Lovely quality, great service

Sadly, very poor service
I bought this online and received an acknowledgement and confirmation by email of the purchase. I then heard nothing for probably over a month despite constant telephoning and sending an email asking about a delivery date. One telephone line was unobtainable and the other lines merely took messages, with a promise of a response which never happened. I had actually given up hope And was surprised too receive an email last week saying that it was out for delivery. It was meant as a present but did not get here in time. I actually thought the business had gone out of business.

Not only did it take a month to come…
Not only did it take a month to come but worse than that was the total lack of communication. There was a link to email if you had a deadline. I emailed twice and had no response whatsoever, not even a confirmation of receipt. It totally missed my son’s birthday. The mug is ok but it is now on a shelf waiting for the next time I see my son who doesn’t live close by.

Gorgeous personalised piece
I got a jug made for my sister, and wanted a specific design, so needed to change the wording to sister. I rang and nothing was too much trouble to do this! My sister loved her jug and it was so lovely. Arrived right on time too.

Quality and speed of delivery
I ordered this a bit late in the day for Christmas, but it still got to me in time-great as it was a present for someone! I was impressed with the quality of the mug itself-much better than I thought it would be. The picture was clear and accurate and the writing on the back, perfect. All in all very happy indeed!
