High quality products at good prices
Ordered a mix cheeses, cakes, chutneys and biscuits from their professional looking and easy to use website. All the products were high quality, tasted great and were reasonably priced. The items were well packaged and delivered in good time. Would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Made a lovely gift for family
Ordered a hamper as a gift with extra bottles of wine and gin and these were added to the hamper and made to look presentable without having to ask which was great. The delivery service could be explained better but all my emails were replied to quickly. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE was the DHL delivery driver delivered it a day late due to no door number being on the parcel...only a road name. I'm glad he called me to ask which house it was going to....

Ordered chocolate drink
Ordered chocolate drink, girl made the drink announcing there was no cream but we still had to pay for it, I challenged her but she was the picture of intransigence leaving me feeling cheated. Used to be a really good place for cheese but now just an overpriced gift shop.

A great way to send someone a treat.
I have sent many gifts to people from this website and all the recipients have been thrilled with their products. I was sent a gift of a hamper from this company which I thought was wonderful so I have been ordering from them ever since. Everything they sell is delicious and I know that their customer service is excellent. It is a great way to send someone a treat by post.

I ordered a selection of goodies online…
I ordered a selection of goodies online on a Saturday for a friend’s birthday at very late notice. I also emailed them asking for an urgent delivery if at all possible. They were brilliant! The email was responded to on the Sunday and the parcel despatched the very next day. Thank you so much. I didn’t have to apologise for a late birthday present! Outstanding service!

The most fab product
I ordered a Great Wensleydale Cheese hamper for my husband for his birthday, well I was not expecting it to be as lovely as it is! Full marks for delivery time, contents and presentation. It is just beautiful. I am so pleased. We always visit the Creamery when we are on holiday and buy plenty of cheese to bring home but have never bothered to look to order online. I won't be using the supermarket for much cheese in the future that's for sure. Well done Wensleydale Creamery you did not disappoint.

First time ordering online from Wensleydale
First time ordering online from Wensleydale. Although hampers were available to purchase I wanted to make my own so ordered lots of different cheeses and chutneys. Did have one chutney leak and one truckle split, however emailed Wensleydale, received a reply the next day and received replacements within a few days ! Excellent service especially as they must be so busy right now. Will definitely use again. :)
