Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Reached out regarding issue and received the worst support. I definitely would never use this company again. The pre lit tree was terrible quality. It looked like the lights were an after thought. Morgs at customer service couldn't have cared less.

I found the perfect set of lights for my display but on arrival 2 of the strings didn’t work, I contacted their customer service team and received excellent support from Holly and after some diagnostics replaced the faulty strings at no charge.

I ordered a huge amount of curtain…
I ordered a huge amount of curtain lights and wanted more, unfortunately some of the curtain lights are not working, I have repeatedly emailed the company and asked them to please call me, they say they don’t this, they only have email communications. This is such a shame as the lights if they work look great. I’m supposed to be able to keep adding lights up to 12000 lights, I have put 2000 lights and it won’t work with any more. I have paid £1500 and wanted to get more as this is only a 1/4 of the room and they haven’t come back to me after multiple emails and yes I’m begging for them to get in touch. If the customer service doesn’t improve i wouldn’t order from them at all.
I will update this if I get a response from them.
Updated review, the lady has now given me her phone number and we have ran through my questions and queries, this for me is so much easier than endless emails and trying to explain things in emails . All has been resolved. So I can now say I’m extremely happy with the service.
The lights look fantastic and I’m hoping to get it all finished and I have added more.
