It took a week to ship the item I bought that was not marked as out of stock. It was in stock so no read it couldn’t be shipped straight away.

Ordered an item as listed "In Stock" with express postage. Had not recieved shipping confirmation and called to follow up my order. Was an item they did not stock (despite website saying was in stock). Am currently waiting for them to recieve stock, before they "express post" it to me. Ordered on 22 Mar 24, still waiting... I would recommend calling them, prior to placinf an order online

The item came damaged, I emailed and have still not received an email back. I also don’t think that postage price was fair for what it is.

Main support bar was bent by very minor wind no other damage at all warranty claim was refused as there were strong winds around Longreach but I was not there I was 195 klm away at lake Dunn no point spending the extra money on this awning its no better than the cheap ones. On a positive note the Alu Cab roof top tent has performed very well and very happy with it

Nine days waiting for my order gave them a call 4 times no one new anything..we will call you back the answer..,called for the 4 time and spoke with a lady called Jess and got a refund on the way hopefully soon ,horrible service.

Placed my online order on a supposed in-stock item and 2 weeks ago and still no response from Western 4WD. I would have thought it would ship within a few days at most but 2 weeks and counting with no correspondence from them at all is very disappointing.
