Unwilling to honour website pricing error
I purchased a 1250mm Alucab canopy cupboard and received a 750mm cupboard. When I rang to query it I was told the pricing was wrong on the website and they weren’t able to source the 1250mm cupboard. However they still have the 1250mm advertised on their website and when I spoke to Alucab directly I was told the 1250mm cupboard is still available to purchase. I don’t appreciate being lied to and disappointed they have not honored the pricing they had on their website and my product receipt. I’m now taking this further to consumer business affairs and the national sales marketing manager of Ironman 4x4. Very UNHAPPY customer.
