Best value and service in the area
Best value, easy-to-order webpage, I booked standard delivery on 5/1, it arrived just 36 hours later. My delivery person was - as always with this firm - polite, respectful of my property, very helpful and obliging and I no longer entertain using anyone else these days as the service I consistently receive from Western Fuel is second to none. Having said that, I do check their price against buying groups and find they are most competitive.

We have only been using Western Fuels the passed year and not only are they super competitive on price , their personal service is second to none .
Our last delivery had a small glitch which they rectified immediately.
I can only praise their drivers for being polite and professional in delivering our heating oil

Speedy delivery
Ordered on 2nd Jan, expected around the 9th but delivery was the very next day…Amazing service AND given a calendar!
Luckily l was home as in my delivery instructions l’d requested a days notice so l could clear access for delivery. I was able to quickly do that but l’m sure it would have been very inconvenient if left to the driver.

We were delighted that immediately…
We were delighted that immediately after christmas we received a delivery the following day although we did not request that. We did not see or hear the driver but on being asked how many litres we said 1500 but can you please fill it up. On discovery that the delivery had taken place we checked the tank and it was just over 3/4full which we found disappointing. Other than that everything was excellent.

We understand that our delivery windows may make it a bit difficult to decide how much to order. However, with so many orders from so many locations, the most effective way to schedule our deliveries is a day in advance.
To combat this problem, please just let our staff know that you would like to "fill the tank" when you order over the phone. This way, we can put in the exact amount you need and invoice you for it afterwards.

Super fast delivery and great price.
Ordered on the 28th Dec for delivery by the 9th Jan. Oil delivered on the 31st Dec. Almost too early as oil only just fitted in tank but can't complain. Only issue is the £10 service charge (Plus 20% VAT) which came in in mid 2023. Despite this, still usually cheaper then BoilerJuice.

Broken boiler
I had a fault on my oil boiler which caused it to stop working. As Western Fuels has previously serviced it, I called to see if they did repairs too as it was in the Christmas period and I feared I would struggle to get anyone quickly. Not only could they help, we had an engineer with us within two hours and he sorted the problem quickly and efficiently without charging the earth. I was very impressed. The engineer was helpful and thorough and did an excellent job when we were anticipating a very chilly new year.
