Excellent service
I have been with Western Fuel for some 35 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have always been so helpful, from ordering on the phone to the delivery drivers. I find it reassuring to know that they are there to advise and help, which in the past has meant organising the removal of an old oil tank and placing of a new tank.

delivered ontime and at better price than new company who put leaflets in door with so called special offers with so much off.Have used now for 2 years plus ( since i moved in and was recomended by previous owners) will continue to use.

Been using Western Fuel for a year now and they've been excellent. We were recommended them by the previous owner and it's made our life so easy. Having never had oil heating before, I'm so pleased western fuel have made it hassle free. I would also point out that the person on the end of the phone is always very helpful and friendly.

We've been using Western Fuel since moving to Dorset some 5 years ago. They deliver on time and sometimes earlier, provide an excellent service, and the drivers are always polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered 600 litres of oil on 4th Feb and it was delivered only 2 days later which was much sooner than the 11th Feb delivery date. Driver rang beforehand as arranged also helped us to access. All round excellent service. Thank you

Sensibly priced, great service
We only use Western Fuel, they are always professional and deliver as planned, sometimes even earlier which is a welcome surprise. Recently we had an error on our oil reader which resulted in us unexpectedly running out, Western went out of their way in the circumstances with young children at home to fast track our delivery which was a life saver in the cold weather.
