The shipping and communication is quick! I’ve been buying here from a while and can say the response time has gotten so much better. The hair I bought was a 613 unit, which is soft to the touch and bouncy! The lace is thin and the construction is beautiful. Can’t wait to buy another wig.

I love this wigggggggg!!!! It’s definitely soft and preplucked as described!! All I have to do is bleach the knot and slap it on. Literally. It comes with an elastic band in the back and some free gifts! It’s worth the money sis!!

I LOVE the hair like always. It's so beautiful and soft and the curls are to DIE for. It goes so well with my natural hair. I will be buying more. 💚

I wouldn't recommend this website at all I spent almost $400 on a wig that was nothing like the picture.. it definitely wasn't a full HD lace wig.. the wig smelt so bad I washed it the smell wouldn't come out and it would shed everywhere it was horrible the curls didn't last more then one day and also the part was horrible plus the combs where uneven and put in weird portions that made my wig look crooked.. and the worst part of all when I tried to curl it .. it would burn like it wasn't human hair. I will never buy from them again.

I’ve had this wig for YEARS (yes, YEARS!!) and I wear it very often. It has minimal shedding and for the amount of times I wear it (I made it glueless) it looks brand new. My friends and family always comment on how good it still looks and I’m about to buy a new one. Incredible quality hair, shiny, full (200 density) and best of all long lasting. Love love love west kiss
Ps: I remember that I was also traveling and bought it quite late, I sent them an email and they shipped it within maybe 4 or less days AND emailed me to ask if I had received it, just chefs kiss

Hair came really quick like they said no smell well packaged haven't installed it yet but I'm satisfied 😁 I love west kiss I always shop with them

I am actually super happy with my purchase from Wetkiss Hair! The customer service was amazing. They were super responsive on Instagram and then they sent me an email to confirm my shipping address not to mention sent me an email asking if I received the hair. I have never experienced that before. I ordered a gloomless 28 inch wig and it is amazing. I cannot wait to install it!!

I’m always scared when ordering hair online but I watched a ton of videos on YouTube and decided to order from WestKiss! I’m so happy I did because this hair is fabulous! The wig is for my wedding I got a body wave 20” HD lace 13x6 and it’s amazing!! Exactly as described, I even got some freebies! I will definitely be ordering again!
