In forest spine to Ben a few years ago as recommended by a family member, at the time a few things happened but I got back in contact this January, and Ben remembered who I was where I worked etc.
From then on I had clear concise communication with both Ben and Hayley.

I cannot fault there friendly yet professional approach to getting my mortgage across the line, even after completion there was communication,

I shall recommend to family and friends from now on and I will also use them in the future.

Westpark Mortgages made the entire process seamless. They went the extra mile to ensure we understood fully the nuances of what was being offered to us and far exceeded what we could obtain in terms of affordability and interest rates when compared to other brokers. When we had an issue arise with false reporting from the credit agencies they were able to offer advice and speak to lenders to ensure that we were able to proceed with the best offer.Prior to completion Ben monitored the interest rates closely and managed to reduce the interest on our mortgage twice without us even asking. They stayed in regular contact and were always happy to pick up the phone. 100% would recommend for their reliability, openness and ability to secure us the best mortgage on the market. I won’t hesitate to use them again when it is time for another move.
