I spoke to 2 people yesterday about canceling my loan. Both people told me that the $525 would be taken out of my account and I wouldn’t have to pay any fees. The $525 has not been taken out of my account.

I just got off the phone with one of…
I just got off the phone with one of the customer services guys and they told me what questions that they was going to ask from my bank and those questions was going to be the last 3 deposits from my job, the ending balance on each deposit day and the ending balance of today which is 12/28/2022. He went on asking more questions about my account and that's not what he discussed with me and that sounded fishy to me. Because the banker gave him all the information that he told me that he was going to ask. So I disconnected the call. This company is very fishy
