First class service, friendly helpful people, moving home can be very stressful, we hired a Luton from Westwood to get the job done, the process was quick and easy, would I use them again! Most definitely 10/10 for customer service with very competitive prices.

I was in need of a van as my business has grown. I saw the van I wanted on Autotrader and when I phoned I was told it had already been sold. I spoke to Cliff and explained my situation. He asked me to leave it with him and he'd contact me in a couple of days. Two days later he had got a van perfect for my needs which ticked all the boxes. He sent me a length video of the van, pointing out a few stone chips as well as a the positive aspects. The video was sent because I live 200 miles from Bolton! Luckily I had family local to Bolton and Cliff spent time with my cousin going through everything. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept in regular contact, I bought the vehicle as it was transported down within a couple of days. Cliff assisted with the road tax and has also done follow up calls to see how I am getting on. He is very friendly, personable, takes time to listen as well as being very professional. Thank you gor all your help Cliff and for finding me my new van! Excellent service, after sales and everything in between! Highly recommended.

Collect your newest three company vehicles, and you decide to add Dash Cams, not a problem, they will be ready later this morning. Having long term hires are so flexible, when the vans are due a service, flexibility is key, and that’s what you get. Kieron in the workshop is super efficient and controls a tight schedule, ensuring you are in and out in no time, four tyres and an oil change in 20 minutes whilst have a brew, perfect service.

I have worked with Bethan from Westwood for about 12 months now we have a number of vehicles on long and short term contracts. The service we received is exceptional always. Customer service when visiting the branch is excellent and always greeted in a friendly manner. They are open 7 days for us it work perfectly for our business if we require a vehicle it’s always a call away and the vehicle is promptly.
