Disappointing Warranty Support for Robo Vacuum

I recently had a disheartening experience with WETIE regarding the warranty support for my robo vacuum. Despite reaching out to their customer support and engaging in numerous email exchanges, my concerns have not been adequately addressed.

The issues with the product persist, and as I approach the end of the 12-month warranty period, I find myself frustrated and dissatisfied. The proposed solutions have proven ineffective, and the lack of timely resolution is disappointing.

I value transparency and customer service, but unfortunately, my experience with WETIE has fallen short of these expectations. It’s disheartening to see a company neglecting its responsibility to provide quality products and reliable customer support.

I hope my review serves as a cautionary note for potential customers considering WETIE. I would advise thorough research and consideration before making a purchase, especially if after-sales support is a crucial factor for you.

No response for refund

While ordering, I was told that I will be redirected to review page, instead I was charged full amount without being able to apply promocode. When I contacted customer service to cancel the order immediately, I was told that the discount price would be honored if I keep the items to myself without retueninf them and price difference will be refunded. Its been 2 days and no reponse from customer service

Company will not respond to customers

Company will not respond to customers. They sell a good product but lack of customer service negates any need to do business with them. I have contacted them 5 times about not getting free filter with purchase as website and their representative states but no reply on any of the five free filter concerns.

I like it so far!!!
