This thing does not work and I hit the contact us link nothing happens!

Ordered the Family Pack and the price and products seem good. Filters are supposed to be sent to the first 100 to purchase but no way to determine if you are included. Only customer service option is email and they did not respond to that question. Without a customer service chat or call option, one is left hoping that there are no issues with the product.

Deceptive business practices and products.

Everything came as advertised. Could be a better job of communication but they delivered faster than expected.

This came is two separate packages. The small one is perfect for a small room or office, while the larger one can be placed in a larger areas especially near the kitchen or where there’s a lot of dander. The build quality is good as well!

The prices are good and the filter moves a ton of air through it.

The items were what I expected. They seem to be a GREAT value, but it almost seems too good to be true. The shipping was relatively fast and the packaging was solid.

Cooking quality is very good, easy clean and the price is awesome.

I like everything but the smell that it has. Yes! i removed the plastic from the filter already.

I never received my full order. haven't heard back from support after a few emails.

The company is doubg great and i love the product.

The website was very confusing, with different prices for the same items on different pages. Your customer service was a little slow, but eventually addressed my issues in part. I’m still waiting for my free filters and $14 credit that was promised me, but my air purifiers were delivered in a more or less timely fashion. I’ll reserve my overall judgement until the credit and filters show up.

Ordered our air fryer and delivery was fast and on time. Product is as expected and works well.

Exceptional price with super fast two day shipping. Was looking for a reasonable price for a air fryer oven when I saw this at a discounted price on Slick Deals.

Really awesome unit, I use it 3-4 times a week and my kids love the food that comes out of this… only complaint is the automatic food times aren’t accurate and it would be nice to have a metal deeper basket.

Bought 2 air purifiers. Both were received in non working condition. Tried chat, phone call, and email to try and get some answers. Got no response. Would give a lot less than one star if possible.
