The unit does not vacuum as well as the Shark Ion Robot we have unless higher suction levels are used.
When the increased vacuum settings are used, the noise produced is intolerable.
The remote functions work well.

Customer Service is Lacking
I have only had my air purifier fo a week or so. It seems to be working okay. The reason for the one star rating is as follows. 1) I never received an order confirmation from Wetie. 2) I never received shipping information from Wetie. 3) I used Paypal to purchase this item (it was the only option) and the money went to a corporation with a name ( all chinese characters). 4) I am going on faith that I receive my extra set of filters. 5) I was not able to connect with Wetie customer service in many tries.
POSITIVE: This unit was shipped from Amazon in a reasonably quick timeframe. It looks as advertised.

Worst customer support
Worst customer support, They openly admitted that they have issues with online chat and customer support interface. I have been trying to get my refund from past 10 days and it's still ongoing. So I decided to open dispute. I will never recommend this website if you're expecting 100% customer support.
