AVOID THIS COMPANY
This company is appalling and should be avoided. I have a tesla through the salary sacrifice scheme and organising the car was a terrible experience with no contact and calls not being returned. Since then i have had an accident and the problems have got worse, wever failed to name me as the drivier and i am unable to access any details from the repair garage about my car - i have phoned wevee on numerous occasions to rectify this and i am always unable to talk to anyone who can help and none of my calls are ever returned. THIS COMPANY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE TO WORK WOTH - definitely avoid!
Straightforward, good price, and got the car (eventually)
Getting a lease for a new car was straightforward with WeVee - and at a great price.
The manufacturer, though, had considerable delays in delivering the vehicle (20 months, I think), and the dealer didn't deliver on the day they said. Neither is WeVee's fault.
No customer service
Very poor experience with this company. Use it for our company salary sacrifice scheme. Every time you ask for a quote from them it's a wildly different number, with no obvious logic or justification behind the changes in costs.
Their delivery team makes no effort to chase dealer for updates, you have to prompt them for progress, and the outcome is always another month's delay with no justification.
Have escalated my issues to a very high level in the company and not got any response, I feel this company has zero commitment to customer service.

Great experience on costing and savings under salary sacrifice and guidance on make and models and also what was in stock and wait times. Whole process took about 6 weeks from agreed pricing to delivery. Stone was helpful throughout the process even chasing updates for me when others where off.

Great service, very happy
Great service from WeVee and in particular from Knowledge Lesetla, who persisted in his enquiries until he found the right car! He explained the salary sacrifice scheme in detail, kept in touch with me throughout, explored every avenue for alternatives and most importantly, located the car I was looking for! The car was delivered earlier this week. Very happy with the experience.

It was a wonderful experience dealing with WeVee. I ordered the car and it was promised to be delivered in 2-3 weeks and to my surprise it was delivered in 2 days at my doorstep. The speed was phenomenal and specifically the person dealing with my case 'Stone Burton' dealt with everything very professionally. truly a 5 start service.

Can't Fault the Service
I ordered a Vauxhall Mokka E through a scheme via my employer, and I can't fault WeVee's service. Initially conversations put pickup around 6 months out due to manufacturing delays with Vauxhall, but Stone at WeVee went out of his way to source me a car and a little over 5 weeks later, I'm in receipt of a fantastic new vehicle and an outstanding price. Big thanks to both Stone and Alex for getting my order over the line - I can't recommend them enough. Looking at other reviews I can see complaints about delays, but when the entire automotive industry is still on the back foot as a result of supply chain issues, this is no fault of WeVee. I highly recommend WeVee thanks to their transparency, open communications and commitment to customer satisfaction.

WeVee were very responsive and clear with communication, searching for the best deal and keeping me informed. My account excutive, Kerry, was particularly helpful and able to accelerate my delivery time by finding a cancelled order reducing my wait time by half.
