I bought a rose bun from this company. The colour was supposed to be brown but was dark golden blond. I emailed asking to return it and they requested photos which I sent. Despite numerous subsequent emails from me to them, I have heard nothing back. So very poor customer service and if their policy is no returns, I think this unfair and unethical as there are so many variations in people's hair colour.
So I am left with a product which is completely useless to me.
I wish someone would prevent them from trading

I ordered a dark brown bun and was sent a strawberry blonde one, They didn't believe me. I had to send a pic of the bun and the original packaging, which I couldn't believe I still had. In the mean time, I verified that I had ordered the right one and ordered 2 more because I thought the company was legitimate and would take care of the problem. After i sent the pic, i got no response. I finally got a response that said that got my pics and I would hear from them within 48 hours. This has been going on for months. I just got their response that after their review, I got the correct product and offered me 20% off and other order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? Strawberry blonde and dark brown look nothing alike. I already ordered 2 more at full price. I just wanted the original one, that they made a mistake on refunded.

THEY SENT ME THE WRONG COLOR MESSY BUN AND WILL NOT SEND THE CORRECT COLOR OR REFUND MY MONEY! I have brown hair and they sent me an orange bun. I have tried to resolve this since September. They just apologized and said colors may vary. There is no brown in the bun I received. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BAD EXPERIENCE! THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!

Horrible company! Took 5 weeks to get 2 messy buns. They are crap and yellow. They won’t take them back! Don’t buy from them!!

This company should be shut down. I ordered a product on 10th November. Despite emailing several times requesting a refund I have received Emails saying the product is available on it way.
This company is a disgrace. Wish I had read the reviews.
Do the right thing and refund customers money.

Another unhappy customer, I never received my order and cannot get a hold of them. I am disappointed at Facebook for advertising for this company.

I wish I had looked at the previous reviews before I ordered the messy hair bun. Just as others said, the color is NOTHING like what I ordered (brown)---it is a weird shade of RED. And when I emailed them to request a refund or exchange, you guessed it---no response.
Don't order from this place!!!!

Placed an order 9 November, not received yet, I have sent several e-mails, did not get a response. It is a scam. I wish I would have checked for a review on the web at the time.

If I can score this company’s bad return policy to customer service, I would put negative 1000 x 1000000000000!!

I purchased three messy buns and the package was delivered to wrong address and correct unit number. This company would not contact the shipping company to locate the missing package which I had to do.

Then when I allocated the package, the messy buns DID NOT LOOK anything like their advertisement nor the color was.. I ordered brown hair and they sent me yellow hair color.

They will not allow return for no matter what nor refund my money. Don’t buy from this seller.

Rubbish piece of nylon meant to be a hair piece bright yellow nobody has hair that colour customer service is non existent refused to give me a refund these people need to stop conning people with their cheap tat that cost me $20.😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I ordered a pair of the Stretch-Fit Faux Leather Shaper, and I really wish that I had read the reviews before I did. It's a shame to not be able to return them....

I placed an order on September 12th, 2019 and finally received the item on November 26th, 2019 - much smaller than shown and the wrong colour. No refund policy. I wish I'd checked these reviews first. I've started the process with Paypal to get a refund as no response from them. Definitely do not buy from this Company.

I have bought my hair cream on 28 October 2019. Today.....25 November 2019 I havr not received it yet...I think this is a scam...Be careful....I paid 22 and something dollars for the hair cream!

I have waited for almost three months for my item and haven't received it. They have "apologized" but haven't shown any help. There is no way to contact them just their email. Absolutely horrible, do not buy anything from them or you'll lose your money.

I finally received my order after a couple of months of ordering to find it’s the wrong colour.
I ordered Aubin and the colour l received looks copper/orange not happy at all.

Never ever but from this company, they send you the wrong product then refuse to swap it or refund. They do not refund unless products are faulty and in every case they say their products are of high standard and never faulty. NOT!!

Hello ... i ordered a cream for my hair 1st of November.. they sent me few days later an email for tracking my shipment but it says that the tracking number they gave me in the email is an invalid number .. is it a scam??? Will i receive my order ?

I never got delivery of my item- #WTY91602. its now 1.5 months now. their customer care replies in a standard format after 5 followups saying 'its taken longer and now you can track it yourself." ITS A SCAM!!

TERRIBLE! I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. It's been at least 5 weeks since I made my order and I have not received my package. They acknowledged that it's been longer than normal, yet haven't corrected the issue. I want a refund. At this point, it seems as though they have stolen my money.

Scam site zero rating at least paypal got me a refund .
