Very Disappointed – Never Received My Order

I placed an order on wheelcraftery.co.uk with a promised delivery time of 3.7 days. It has now been over 30 days, and I still haven’t received my parcel. I’ve tried contacting the store multiple times, but there has been no response at all.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I trusted the store based on its website, but now it feels like I’ve been scammed. I will be filing a chargeback through my bank to recover my money.

I strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from this store.

Ordered wheel centres

Ordered wheel centres. The tabs on one broke off during fitting. Attempted to get one replacement. Wheel Craftery not interested, had to buy another full set. No after sales care. Be careful if you decide to use them. I won't.

Scam site

Please do not use this company. Most of these reviews are clearly fake.
I placed an order and paid for express shipping. Next day came and.... nothing. Emailed, and sent a message via WhatsApp. Completely ghosted.

Please avoid. You'll just waste your money!

Took my money including postage and then never sent the item. I even then sent a courier to collect the item and they provided an address in a run down house. never received the item. avoid!

BEWARE!! Goods don’t arrive!!!

BEWARE!!! Ordered goods 30/11/24 after emailing several times and calling the company I have yet to receive my order (17th January 25) I’ve now contacted my bank to resolve the problem. Simply don’t order anything from this company as I doubt you will receive anything!!

Very Poor

Very poor experience with this company (wheelcraftery.co.uk aka The Sparko Tech Ltd.)
An incorrect order was dispatched, with a full refund subsequently agreed, but sadly the payment was never received as promised.
I also noticied an increase in the volume of e-mail and phonecall scam contacts very shortly after sharing my details with them.
Best avoided.
