I like and support the overall vision of Whirli. It is nice to be able to test out toys and rotate them when my little one doesn't really play with them because that avoids for us to own them. New toys are added regularly too. The cost is probably not accessible for everyone especially if comparing second hand toys.

Really easy returns, toys come in good condition with no issues after 3 months of swapping about 1x per month. I like the idea of giving my daughter toys that we wouldn't consider buying because we don't know if she likes it and it makes me feel better about avoiding unnecessary waste and clutter

I have been using Whirli for a year now and they have never reply my emails. Sends broken/ missing items twice. They are always clean nonetheless. Unfortunately I will not be renewing my subscription.

Edit: They have replied to my emails after I told them I was cancelling my subscription.

We've been using Whirli since our baby was only a couple of weeks old, and it's been amazing! The ability to swap toys for every stage of development (or boredom!) is brilliant, it reduces so much waste and gives us more space to be able to have the right toys around without accumulating things you don't need. It's an excellent service and so easy to use!

Fantastic service! You receive toys quickly and there has been a great range to help me discover what my daughter enjoys playing with. The customer service is excellent and they are always happy to help. Would definitely recommend to parents

I had requested the subscription to be cancelled for 4 months but each time i checked my account there was a subscription charge. Customer service is poor as there are no responses each time i sent an email. I would highly suggest not to subscribe with whirly as it be impossible to cancel your subscription. I am still paying each month and they still have not canceled my subscription which should be refunded as i had emailed them of the cancellation..

Rejoined after went into administration. New customer service is poor, took over two weeks to respond to my email and had to send them three emails to get a response. Rejoining offer was not clear as I had never experienced a ‘token restriction’ previously.
Toy selection is still good and orders are sent in a reasonable timeframe which are the positives.

Swift change of toys, easy to post and very quick.

They gave a bit late but great support to solve the issue of sending back toys and getting extra credit.

We love getting new toys and not having to store the old ones that our son isn’t playing with anymore. There are lots of different toys and books to choose from and that he’s really enjoyed. The delivery and collection service is so quick and easy.

This is great company make the world a greener place. Since my twins were little we have always done whirli ever 6 weeks and my twins love it and they understand that given they toys back for the other kids it good to share and they get more too. Make Christmas clear out great. Thank you whirli 💛

nobody has responded to my emails for over a month (after initially responding and suggesting they were going to help). I want to cancel because I cannot actually borrow any toys. I was previously a Whirli customer before they went into administration. I thought I would give them another chance, especially because they enticed me back with an offer. When i've reactivated my account it has my toy box showing full even though i returned all my toys when they went into administration. I'm so frustrated - i can't understand why they are not returning my emails. i'm going to have to contact my credit card company for assistance.

Great to have new toys every so often without having to purchase. Nice team managing the business. Some teething issues as they grow, but overall am satisfied and my Lil one is the happiest on the days the toys come home! They offer lot of flexibility on how long you can keep the toys etc. so that's perfect.

We are really happy using Whirli. It is very easy to use and there is a great variety to choose from. I really recommend it!

We enjoy being able to access toys that we wouldn't have bought, try different toys out and having variety by changing over every so often (we tend to keep for longer than a month). We have used Whirli for a number of years and are always excited when the new Whirli box arrives.

Whirli is a great option for parents of young children who want to explore lots of different toys. So much better than buying things they might not like and then being stuck with them! We would fully recommend it to new parents. The toys are in good condition and the customer service is friendly and responsive.

I love the opportunity using Whirli gives my child to try loads of different toys; keeps play fresh and interesting; reduces landfill and keeps amount of stuff in my flat under control.

I'm a huge fan of the service - it's great to be able to rent not buy when children get bored of toys so quickly. The quality of toys we've received has always been pristine, and there's a great range available.
