Whirli is great and easy to use, i have been using it for over 3 years now and still running!
Customer services have improved significantly and i look forward to continue using it for the future.

I am so happy that Whirli exists! We have been using it for the last couple of years. Very good quality of toys, excellent customer service, a nice website, easy to find the toys you are looking for! Finally, there are no plastic toys in our house and we have free space.

Fantastic company. Fabulous selection of toys to borrow and great customer service and communication. I would 100% recommend Whirli and I already have to all my mum friends 👌

Disappointed to have rejoined whirli to find we now need to pay for returns as well as deliveries - I don't think this was the case before - worth considering before signing up

Also there is no phone number - so not easy to get in contact unfortunately

When I had an issue due to a technical difficulty, I received a phone call to sort it out. They made an effort to ensure everything had been worked out, I really appreciated this personal touch

Whirli is amazing! My daughter gets excited every time Whirli box arrives. It allows us to have a play with a variety of toys without having to buy them!

Although I had heard of this company before through friends I had never used this service until it was gifted to us! What a great gift!!
We really enjoyed using Whirli in the newborn stage and up to 1 year as we could borrow toys as opposed to buying. Especially the toys that help with development and basic motor skills. There was always a good selection of toys, never did I feel like I couldn’t borrow what I wanted.

We also felt very happy we where helping the environment by using this method of borrow and return!
Great idea and so easy to use. Would definitely recommend to friends with very young babies and anyone wanting to try out toys without buying!!

We have used Whirli for the past 4 years and love it. It's so good to know we don't contribute to the throw away culture and our kids get high quality toys which they only keep for as long as they want too. Whirli is great for Christmas and Birthdays too, you can temporarily increase your plan size for these occassions.

In a house with minimal storage, Whirli is a godsend! Toys are great and the service is even better. We have used Whirli for years and I recommend to anyone who will listen!

People don't always respond to emails and there is no phone number so it's difficult to communicate. Could be cheaper, particularly since the toys are used. But it's a great concept and should continue, though hard on a commercial basis.

It’s great to be able to offer our baby the novelty of new toys without them cluttering the house or costing us too much.

The service as well as the 'swap don't shop' is perfect for us as a family.

We don't have a lot of space for excess toys and try to Rotate toys as much as we can.

With the unlimited deliveries and returns it made it really easy to pick the toys we wanted, Rotate the ones we needed and then just swap out for a new batch- we did this all from home where the postman collected the old and dropped of the new toys

The service is also really good - when we've ordered toys arrive within a few days, and if I have any questions or follow ups they get back to you really quickly

Really enjoyed being able to swap in and out toys, bikes and books.

A lot of things we wouldn't normally be able to buy but the swapping subscription we were on allowed us to get things like the educational boxes as well as high ticket items like the bikes and larger Montessori items.

Previously a satisfied customer but Whirli has been nothing but a nightmare since it was bought out post-administration.

I cancelled my subscription for a while but have been receiving constant marketing emails ever since no matter how many times I opt out or email them to ask them to stop. I won't be using or recommending Whirli again in the future. Not worth the hassle!

As an idea its great, you get tokens to spend on loaning toys, if your child gets bored simply return and you get to choose something else, however postage for delivery and returns are an extra cost and you could pay as you go or pay for a monthly fee but this may not save you money if you find your child loves the toy and you can feel a bit waste of money going the monthly option.
You get the option to purchase the toys too so a nice idea.

We use them and love them
They have a lot of good quality toys to choose from and my son enjoys playing with different toys rather than stuck with his own limited toys

My son absolutely loves seeing his Whirli box arrive! Great way for kids to try out new toys and discover what they enjoy. Have had some minor issue (as with any company) but have received great customer service and would highly recommend.

Lovely idea in principle, impractical and expensive in practice. We weren't allowed to use the full value of our "tokens" for the first 2 months (something to do with loss prevention), so you're paying for something you don't receive, and delivery fees mount up too (unless you pay an extra £7.99 per month for the "booster").

Oh, and if you cancel your account they keep your contact details and spam you in future.
