Used this site for the first time and was positively surprised about the entire process from A to Z, it went very smoothly. Also when sending a package from outside the United Kingdom. What I find particularly positive is that you are kept well informed - and the communication is good. You get a response within a few hours and the payments are actually made within a few days after the end of the auction. Seems to me like a reliable and honest site where the commission costs are also reasonable.

I use 3 or 4 whisky auctions and would note that Whisky Auction has always been a good experience. They always have an interesting selection up for sale and overall price including buyers commission, delivery and insurance is good value. I'll keep using.

Still not receive the bottles yet. If possible, do not use DHL, other sites use Fedex and we have never encounter issues with Fedex. Really disappointing.
