Response, The reason i have nort dompketed aa apcking slip is that I dleiver goods directly rather than a courier and then write what's been delivered
When dealing with W.A, they have a great website and everything is very clear. Their packaging and delivery service is outstanding and their telephone response first class,
The only concern is their insistence that for any sales one must give a National Insurance Number and any tax ID, AFTER the sal has been made or they will not release th funds, Such demnds shoud be informed before items are entered,

Packing for delivery
Packing for delivery , especially cardboard boxes, has to be done properly. The boxes need to be folded flat and the bottles placed in a air bubble package. Not put the bottles into the actual cardboard boxes , thus damaging them while putting them packaging into bigger boxes, for transit..
Furthermore, if your auction house offered 0% sellers commission, you would get more sellers , selling on your site..just saying as a regular seller..

Overall, very good but a couple of ideas as minibottle collector:
Lots have a large number of items, specially when are jugs or decantarse
Only two auctions per year looks not appropriate. Might be three or four much better.

Great Auction site
All bottles always arrive very well packed. Everything is automated and just works. You can also buy bottles and keep them in their warehouse for a while. Absolute professionals... Everything is top notch with these guys...

Great all round buying experience …
Whisky Auction provide a great service from the point of registration, auction activity and then finally to completion of any purchases including delivery. I have not yet used them to sell but their offering seems very comprehensive.

First time buyer
I’ve sold through Whisky Auction, but this is my first time buying. Like the selling experiance I’ve had in the past, purchasing a bottle was simple. They are very clear on fee’s you will incur, this allows you put in a maximum bid know what your final cost will be if it was to reach your highest bid.
Once I’d paid it only took a few days before my bottle was safely delivered, well packed and exactly what was shown on the site.
