The hammer fee / commission for buyers…
The hammer fee / commission for buyers has increased. I would bid for more bottles if the hammer fee is lower. Suggest 8% instead of 12.5%.

A great auction site
A good site, easy to use and very informative, together with excellent customer service - possibly the best in the business!
Although shipping prices throughout the business have risen in the last couple of years, Auctioneer maintain a relatively reasonable shipping price, unlike some other sites who either turn a profit from shipping on top of auction fees, or are letting the couriers rob money at the expense of customers.

A great Auction Experience
I've bought from a few auction sites, but this is definitely an exceptional experience. The key takeaway is the timely communication and accurate description of the item. Delivery is also done through a great subcontractor. Would recommend to anyone new to the auction scene or a seasoned veteran.

Transparency & shipping
It would be better if the ending time for the entire auction can be more transparent. i.e. having a count down timer be visible
Separate shipping of the UK and EU lots has to be improved.
