Purchased a jacket online, good communication to say my parcel was being delayed, however when it arrived, it looked like the box had been sat on!
The jacket itself is fine, I wish I had got the regular size rather than the petite as the arms are a little short.

Placed an order as a first time customer was promised 15% off first order.
Placed order did not get 15% off.contacted them within 5 min of placing the order with order number. Customer service advised only way was to return it when arrive and then get it refunded in full place a new order again and then would get 15% is deducted. That is alot of hassel when it could be so easy and give it when notified.
Very helpful and lovely sales staff, Ash (not sure I spelt his name correctly) and Sarah were very lovely.☺️

Mine is a very long story .... short version
Due to me buying dresses in the sale that didn't fit . So I ordered another size which was not in the sale . Though it took a while to reach an advisor ... through no fault of their own . Super busy Christmas . A happy conclusion was easily achieved. I was refunded the difference and have a 2 very high quality beautiful dresses.

I bought some trousers online and returned them as normal but only received a refund for 3 of the 4 pairs of trousers. I’ve emailed them twice via customer services and haven’t had a response and also tried to contact them through their online portal but was waiting for 20+ minutes to have a human put through and I lost interest. How much work do I need to do to get £100 of my money back from them?

My parcel was left in an unsafe place by courier (Ev**ri) and unfortunately lost. Whistles handled the situation quickly and fairly and resolved this problem. Very trustworthy customer service experience.
I also really appreciate their trousers and barrel jeans!

Fantastic customer service experience. I called through because I had forgotten to apply my discount code to the purchase and they processed it instantly via Live Chat (thanks, Ella, you were great) with no questions asked and refunded the money to my bank account. Will definitely use them again

I don’t know what’s going on at Whistles right now but I’ve been waiting nearly four weeks for my order to be delivered (internationally), I’ve spoken to Support (Emily), I’ve emailed, I’ve sent chats and I don”t believe my package has even left their warehouse (I’ve been told I would be notified). I understand this time of year is busy but this is ridiculous/they’re not a national postal service! I’m trying to cancel my order now as I am going on holidays shortly and no one will be at home to receive a package if it ever made its way here.

So impressed with Whistles customer service, the online chat assistant Emma was most helpful.
She refunded my account as my order didn’t get delivered by Evri.
It’s a pleasure to deal with such a professional company.
