I would strongly advise anyone against using this company for their wedding or any special occasion. My experience with them completely ruined what should have been one of the best days of my life.
From the very beginning, communication was practically non-existent. Apart from a last-minute confirmation the day before my wedding, there was no proper contact. Even my wedding planner became seriously worried in the weeks leading up to the event.
The services they did provide were absolutely unacceptable, and to be clear, this is only part of a much longer list of problems:
• My table plan was nothing like what I asked for — it was a disgusting green, despite my theme being white.
• The fireworks didn’t work at all.
• The carpet delivered was cream/yellow instead of white and couldn’t be used.
• Several decor items were missing, and what did arrive was in terrible condition.
• Half of the staff I paid for apparently “couldn’t fit in the van.”
• The staff that did show up were unprofessional and sat around instead of working.
• They smashed the florist’s vases.
• Overall, the décor was nothing like what I had planned and paid for.
• And this is just a fraction of the issues — there were many more things they got wrong on the day.
After I sent multiple emails and provided photographic evidence, the company admitted fault and agreed to a partial refund of £1,850 for the services and items I didn’t receive.
However, my wedding took place in June 2024, and since then, I’ve received nothing but excuses and broken promises: first a family bereavement, then a staff member leaving, then claims the business was being sold. For the past five months, the owner has completely ignored me, leaving me no choice but to take legal action.
I have all emails and proof if anyone else needs support or information about dealing with this company. Please, do not risk your wedding or special day by trusting them. What they did to me was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same stress and heartbreak.

White Events supplied our ceremony décor, arch florals, moon gate with neon sign, sparkling dance floor, charger plates, centrepieces, top table dressing and 360 Photo Booth and every single detail was perfect!
So many of our guests commented on how stunning everything looked, and it truly took our breath away. White Events made our day more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, and we are beyond grateful 🩷

Do not book with White Events
If you want a stress free, reliable company I would book anyone other than White Events.
In the 16 months between booking and our wedding they did not answer a single phone call on their office number, they regularly took months to respond to my email queries and required multiple chasers and phone calls to get answers to relatively simple questions.
We were promised things would be done by a particular date and not once was the date met. In October 2023 we were told we would get images of our mockup centre pieces around February 2024, after may requests for these I was finally send photos in late August 2024 around 10 days before our wedding in early September. We were told that we would receive the proof of our seating plan on the Monday before our wedding on the Saturday, after three chasers (one email and two voicemails) we received this in the early hours of Thursday morning. The proof had 12 mistakes out of 84 names, including one name being missed entirely. In a phone conversation at lunchtime on Thursday I was told they were working on the corrections there and then. I finally got the second proof with two more errors at 7pm after another voicemail chaser.
In our October 2023 meeting we agreed the services White Events would provide, this was never confirmed in writing by the company and in a phone conversation in August 2024 it was clear they had no record of what they had agreed to provide, I had to put this in writing myself as I was not confident they were going to provide the services we had paid for.
In the October 2023 meeting we were told that as we were having a sweetheart top table, the top table dressing would be a waterfall effect cascading over the ends of the table. This was not the case on the day.
They did provide the services we had booked on the day and the people I interacted with on the day were nice enough but this did not mitigate the stress and issues we had in the run up to our wedding.
I lost trust in White Events early on in the process and they never did anything to regain this trust. I often felt like I was being told what they thought I wanted to hear and very little action was actually taken. I get the impression that Danilo bites off more than he can chew in terms of the number of events they agree to cover each day as this was often cited as an excuse why he could not read or respond to my emails, let alone follow through on the promises he made. We booked a special offer for a set number of services for a fixed price and payment was required up front, I wonder now if we were paying more, had an outstanding balance to pay or had added additional services for an extra fee if we would have received better customer service from this company.
In summary, I would not recommend White Events to anyone and will actively warn people against them.
Poor service and even worse communication.
We had high hopes for White Events, but in the end, we were left feeling extremely disappointed with the service provided for our wedding on 26th July 2024.
Firstly, we chose the photo mirror service because it was advertised as including on-the-day printouts—a key feature for us. However, on the day, we were shocked to learn that only digital photos were available as they no longer provide printouts (although they still advertise this service on their website). This was not what we were promised, and it took nearly two weeks to receive the digital copies, despite being told they would arrive within a few days. During this time, my enquiries were ignored, and when I finally got a response, there was no apology—just a flimsy excuse that the USB had been left at work. This level of communication was unacceptable. Additionally, we were informed that the service would be available from 8 pm, but it wasn’t set up until 9 pm, meaning some of our guests missed out on using it—again, not what was sold to us.
Secondly, the chair covers and bows were not what we expected. Some chair covers were dirty, and some even had holes in them. The bows that were supposed to be sage green arrived in a lime green colour, completely clashing with our décor. We had no choice but to use them as we were not informed that the correct colour was unavailable. This lack of attention to detail was very disappointing.
Thirdly, the "large" dance floor we paid for was much smaller than we had anticipated. This was yet another letdown that fell short of what was advertised and what we expected for our special day.
Finally, I was horrified to discover that a photo of me from our wedding was posted on White Events' social media story on the night of the event, despite our explicit request for guests not to post any photos until we had shared our first picture as a married couple. I had to ask them to remove the post, adding unnecessary stress to our evening.
To make matters worse, I emailed White Events about all these concerns over a week ago, copying in two other members of the company to ensure the message was seen. Despite this, I have been completely ignored, which is simply unacceptable.
Overall, the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disregard for our wishes left us incredibly disappointed. This was our special day, and the issues we faced were a significant letdown. I would not recommend White Events to anyone looking for reliable and professional service for their event.

I booked this company over a year in advance for my wedding. Had multiple conversations with them about what I wanted and when it came to it I got nothing I asked for. We paid for 10 lux services and the 10 I picked I got 1 that was satisfactory.
All my centrepieces were not what I ordered the flower arch wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered a chocolate fountain ( that is still on there website) to be told a week b4 they don’t do it anymore (even though to this day it’s still on there page) the dance floor was filthy and damaged. The Photo Booth was nothing like there pics on there website. So all in all I would avoid. When I walked into my wedding it didn’t even look like my wedding as nothing was what I ordered apart from the table clothes (which had holes in)

Could not recommend White Events enough! From a stressful start with the venue, Heather came to the rescue, went above and beyond. The service was amazing and Heather was so friendly with all our guests with the magic mirror. From the ceremony setup to the LED dance floor to the sweet cart etc, worth every penny 👏💖

Highly recommend!!! My sister hired these for her wedding and thank goodness for them to be honest! After having an absolute mare with the venue they came along and helped rearrange everything that had gone wrong and calm the bride down so the first thank you is for that!
They set up beautifully and all hired stuff was immaculate!
The biggest thank you to Heather who was so helpful with the turn around for the evening do and doing what needed to be done in a fraction of the time (due to venue again) but still to the highest standard!!
Thank you for all your hard working but most of all making sure the bride and bridal party could get back to getting ready! Will definitely be using again for the next event! And the sweets were the best choice too!!

Do not take the risk with this company. They are not trust worthy. Their direct number goes to one person named Danilo who never answers. They currently owe us £500 which they said they were going to give me back but then proceeded to ignore calls, emails and messages on purpose. They discriminate against race also so i would think twice when choosing them for your special day. This will probably get deleted because they like to portray and false fake image. If i could choose lower than 1 star then i would because 1 star is generouse to say the least.
Better than I could have imagined
I really want to take the time to write this review because we used white events for our wedding and it was everything I could have imagined and more! Walking into the room was a complete wow factor. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the room looked and even the staff the next morning commented on how the room had never looked so amazing. The venue have used our professional pictures in some of their marketing now!
We had an exclusive package and it was such good value thinking of all the services we had. Just to list them we had ceremony dressing at the church, then at our venue we had chair weaves, centrepieces, charger plates, top table dressing, love letters, candy cart, neon sign with a frame and gorgeous bespoke floral, selfie mirror, dance floor with sparks for our first dance, a stocked candy cart, greenary trees, floating candles lots of them both at the wedding breakfast and the evening, a welcome sign and table plan. I've probably missed something but it was a lot of dressing in our package also at different 2 different locations and a turnaround! I think the staff worked so hard and quickly. It just took a huge weight off our shoulders of not having to worry about it. I must also add I changed my mind on a couple of services I originally chose and I contacted them via email 6 weeks before thinking there would be a charge but there wasn't! That was a perk of having an exclusive package we could change up to 4 weeks before with no extra cost which I didn't even realise!
Also having staff on the night made you feel more relaxed. The team were on the selfie mirror and set off the sparks for our first dance and they were just so friendly nothing was too much.
Our centrepieces on the tables were such a statement, the amount of time and effort that must go into making these really stands out and you won't be disappointed.

Amazing service from top to bottom, I had to change my date three times due to covid, even though Dan and his team where super busy with other weddings on, they fitted in our package at no extra charge, the service was fantastic, Heather & Jazz was also exceptional, I didn't imagine the room would look so good! Absolutely Dreadful service! Wouldn’t recommend to any couple.
The lack of communication from white events has been appalling. You can never get hold of anybody even on the day of the goods being delivered. I had to contact the company regarding when they would be dropping off the goods I had paid for. They told me it was easier for them to drop them off the day before and that a delivery driver would let me know when they had set off and keep me updated along the way, which if everything would have ran smoothly would have been great. However, I received none of this which meant we were sat around for HOURS at the venue the day before the wedding. Granted there was a crash on the motorway which delayed the delivery but the company could have communicated this with me. I rang multiple times to get an update but no one responded. This meant that my mum had to miss the rehearsal dinner to let them in to set up the chairs. We were then informed that the dance floor could now no longer be delivered until the morning of the wedding which added further stress as it meant that a guest now had to go in the morning to let the delivery in. I then received a photo of a big black dance floor, which was meant to be white. As you can imagine I was highly disappointed and upset when the theme of my wedding was white and I was delivered a black dance floor. Which I must add I’d ordered in 2019 so I’m unsure of why they wouldn’t be able to supply the correct dance floor. I couldn’t get hold of anyone on the day which you can imagine caused even further stress. On the morning of your wedding day you don’t expect to have to be chasing your vendors because they haven’t supplied the correct goods, or spend it crying because you’ve spent a lot of money and they have ruined the aesthetic of your wedding. When I finally did get in touch I asked for them to come and remove it as it absolutely ruined the theme of my wedding and photos but they informed me no one was available to do this. After all the above you’d expect that the company would get in touch and apologise for their shocking service. But no I’m left chasing them for a refund. Once Danilo got in touch he admitted he knew he couldn’t provide the correct goods but still went ahead without informing me this. He gave the excuse that I’d had to change my date because of covid and that’s why they couldn’t provide the floor but I change my date in January 2021 for July 2022 meaning they had ample of time to either let me know the white dance floor wasn’t available or to source one. He resolution was to refund me the dancfloor but I would still have to pay the delivery costs. Considering the above I’d expect they’d at least offer the compensation of delivery if not more to try and rectify the problem and easy the upset caused. I also spent 4 weeks chasing them for this refund. Your wedding day is meant to be special and something you only do once. So if you are looking for a vendor who goes out of their way to make your day special and looks after you; or simply just fulfil what they are contracted to do this company is NOT what you are looking for.

From start to finish went in for appointment to have a look at the show room, I was amazed how beautiful it was there was so much to chose from. It took me a while to decide what I wanted but I was greatly appreciated that Dan was there to help me decided what I wanted I walked out knowing what was going to be there and also the venue he help me decided what venue after showing me some of the beautiful venues white events have done.
My first dance was out of this world from dry ice and indoor fireworks and cannons just absolutely stunning and wow
I can’t thank white events team enough made my day and night so special and one to remember thank you so much everyone.

Had a amazing wedding with this company and also previous events at my friends wedding , every time they have provided and made a brilliant service down to the things asked of them and staff, would always recommend as we had a fabulous day. Please for your own sanity avoid! The biggest mistake of my wedding was hiring white events! My partner was getting calls on a Thursday at 10pm of a drunken employee stating he needed to make a payment when we already paid up, we were promised certain centrepieces which were changed last minute, we were also told they had champagne tablecloths which I found out a week before the wedding was a lie and had to rent them elsewhere! Our wedding venue has now actually banned white events from ever being used there because they are so bad!! I got a phone call 2 days before the wedding of an employee who was moaning at me that they were going to be too busy to drop our bits off the day off the wedding and they needed to drop it off the night before! All in all just awful biggest headache and for the price not that good really. Do yourself a favour and avoid!
Amazing company all round!
They completely blown us away at our wedding. The team listened to every detail we wanted and made all our dreams come true! Every guest commented on how amazing the venue looked and even the staff at the venue said that it has never looked so good. The staff are friendly and approachable, nothing was too much and I can not thank them enough!
