Had a amazing wedding with this company and also previous events at my friends wedding , every time they have provided and made a brilliant service down to the things asked of them and staff, would always recommend as we had a fabulous day. Please for your own sanity avoid! The biggest mistake of my wedding was hiring white events! My partner was getting calls on a Thursday at 10pm of a drunken employee stating he needed to make a payment when we already paid up, we were promised certain centrepieces which were changed last minute, we were also told they had champagne tablecloths which I found out a week before the wedding was a lie and had to rent them elsewhere! Our wedding venue has now actually banned white events from ever being used there because they are so bad!! I got a phone call 2 days before the wedding of an employee who was moaning at me that they were going to be too busy to drop our bits off the day off the wedding and they needed to drop it off the night before! All in all just awful biggest headache and for the price not that good really. Do yourself a favour and avoid!

They completely blown us away at our wedding. The team listened to every detail we wanted and made all our dreams come true! Every guest commented on how amazing the venue looked and even the staff at the venue said that it has never looked so good. The staff are friendly and approachable, nothing was too much and I can not thank them enough!

They did my 21st birthday, my nieces christening, and my engagement party.

Affordable but luxury to the highest standard. The packages are unbelieveable and you get such good quality for money.

They’re reliable & their communication is great. Dani and Lewis you really are doing a great job.

They also have a gorgeous boutique inside their HQ which sells furniture, when you go to your wedding appointment make sure to pop your head in, I guarantee you’ll come away with something. It’s beautiful.

Amazing service, white events made my occasion spectacular from the table decorations to the dance floor, sparklers and magic mirror. It all added such a great effect to the whole event and worth every penny I would definitely recommend them to anyone having an event as it will be one to remember.

Couldn’t fault this company. I found them all lovely people who always went the extra mile. The wedding industry was hammered as a result of Covid and after 2 cancelled weddings (which white events honoured) we managed our 3rd time lucky. Our venue had the wow factor we were promised it was just stunning. I will be recommending you to all my friends. Thanks so much.

I have been waiting two weeks for my flowers to arrive I told the team I needed them ASAP I have been given 3 different dates has to when these will arrive and still not arrived I have been contacting them via Instagram and today was the dead line for my flowers to come and guess what they didn’t then all my messages was to be ignored I have my own business and needed these to finish of my shop I could have gone else we’re if I would have known it would be this much off a mess about I have been told twice I will receive a tracking number and 2 weeks later still no tracking number I will be getting my money back through the bank !!

Further to last review, finally managed to get through to someone only by ringing on an previously unused number and heard a lot of unbelievable excuses for why my order was not delivered and since then still waiting on the refund!! Definitely fraud team needs to be involved.

We got married on New Year’s Eve! We can’t thank white events. Nothing was to much hassle. They even stayed until midnight to set of the indoor fireworks and confetti cannons for us as a surprise! We had a disaster on the day as our bridal bouquets did not arrive! White events saved the day by creating these for me in my bridal suite! Thank you so so much! I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends! Monica xx

Rubbish service. Started great and gave us all the right impressions but just failed to deliver. Left our venue midway through the evening, despite agreeing to host. Claiming he went back the office to try and fix the photo booth, but then “it was locked”. Well no kidding, in the middle of the night. Still didn’t get a refund. Horrendous company. Arrogant and obnoxious staff.

I can’t thank danil and his team enough! We booked our wedding and after postponing due to Covid-19 we finally got to say I do!! Danilo and his team couldn’t have done more they were so helpful and our venue looked stunning all our guests commented on how lovely our decor was! We will definetly be recommending thankyou x

Disgusting service. The backdrop we ordered looked like it had been put up by a 7 year old just awful. We ordered 130 chair covers with bows and had 80 guests at our wedding ceremony and half the chairs had no bows on. So the pictures looked awful. And when I messaged Hayley to complain I got no reply and was even blocked on Facebook so I couldn’t warn other people. Absolutely awful service. Not even an apology 😡

We approached white events for our wedding after previously being let down by a another events company. We visited there unit to view the services that they had on offer and were greeted by Danilo who was chirrupy and offered by myself and my partner a glass of prosecco. Danilo sat us down and we discussed what we required and were provide with some cost cutting techniques and services that would add the wow factor that we desired. Danilo and his team arrived on our wedding day (23/07/2019) earlier than first thought and nothing was to much hassle. all our guest mentioned how lovely the support staff that were provided were. I would highly recommend White Events and will certainly be using them again in the near future for my parent upcoming wedding anniversary

Hired White Events for my Gender Reveal. Everything was simply brilliant all equipments arrived on time, working and in excellent condition. Dan supplied the cannons on the day and done a great job to ensure nobody knew the Gender prior to the Cannons Popping, Dan was very professional throughout and offered a great service from our first enquiry to the cannon popping. I would definitely be using Dan and White Events in the future for my Wedding.

Used White Events for our wedding and all I can say is Wow they were fantastic. Attention to detail was everything to Dan and his team and I can’t thank them enough. Visited the showroom many times and was worried I was becoming a Bridezilla but Dan was patient and ensured Our Day was fantastic. Thanks so much you will be getting lots of calls off our friends for their events. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

White events supplied 18 services for our wedding at The liver buildings in Liverpool in June 2019 to which I was blown away. All members of my wedding party commented on how professional and helpful white events staff were! The cannon and fireworks supplied made awesome pictures and have left my guests talking about my day for weeks! I’d highly recommend to my family and friends looking in the near future

Awful experience at our wedding. They also would not refund after such poor customer service and the selfie mirror broke. They said someone would be present with the selfie mirror and nobody came. The chairs we ordered had stains on them and the communication was awful. I never write reviews but I am so disappointed 😔. Don’t use them for your wedding that’s all I need to say

I hired white events for my wedding in November. The services they provided at my wedding were very good but the communication leading up to my wedding was so so poor. We would email dan (director of the company) and he wouldn’t repond, you’d email again and nothing again and it gets to a point where a month has passed by and you’d have to phone him to get a response. (Existing customers are option 2 when calling and I found that rarely anyone would pick up, new customers are option 1 when calling and someone would usually always pick up- I hate it when you hand over cash and then feel no one gives a toss about you) When you phone I found his communication very poor- like couldn’t be bothered to listen to your questions and never said sorry for the delay in getting back to your emails. The not getting back to emails must have occurred around 3-4 times. In the end I had to get my husband to deal with white events because they stressed me out so much. Not ideal when your trying to organise your big day and you are all ready stressed. All my other people I had to contact for my wedding (florist, photographer, hair/make up lady etc) were all extremely professional in there manner and responded to my queries within a couple of days. I compare white events to these people and they were utterly dreadful in comparison. My wedding co cordinator at my venue has also had similar issues with white events not getting back to him when other couples have booked them in the past.
I summary I think they are cost effective with good services but at a price of terrible and virtually non existent communication leaving you worried on the morning of your wedding whether they will actually turn up. It’s for the individual to decide whether that’s worth it or not. But for me if I had to do it all again it would definitely not be worth it- I would shop around and find another venue dressing company who are ten times more processional and 100 times better at communication.

Anyone looking for a venue dresser, White Events are fantastic! I would definitely recommend White Events, they have a large collection of luxurious decorations with all the extras like a Photo Booth and chocolate fountain. The venue styling and decor was beautiful, will definitely be using them again!
