Great service from this company on our move from Glasgow to Edinburgh. It was a difficult day for us, moving under emotional circumstances but from the moment they arrived, bang on time, they made it so much easier. Which was needed. They introduced themselves, nothing was too much problem and all done with a smile. Professional from beginning to end. We started with 2 people and joined by a third once we reached our destination . Big thank you to Charles gillan, Alan Fordham and John Thom for making the experience and day much nicer than it could have been

Between packing and moving household belongs from Scotland and Türkiye to a house in Belgium was brilliant, other than a 12 day delay for one consignment, which didn’t pose a problem, not one single item was missing, damaged or broken - a remarkable feat.

All our questions were answered promptly and clearly. Once all the documentation had been completed the goods were transferred rapidly. The delivery men were on time and very helpful.

Whites supported our move at very short notice. Everyone, both the people in the office and the actual movers, was very professional, but also very helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

The team who moved us were efficient and friendly. The original schedule changed each day, but the team explained why that was at every stage. As a former remover, I had to resist the temptation to help, and was given the task of tea/coffee maker. A pleasure to do that.

Excellent service from start to finish, from the initial first phone call the zoom call with the surveyor I felt we had made the right decision and was delighted with an excellent price. The whole process of moving was really quite stressful for us leading up to the day and can honestly say this part was the least stressfull, Chic, Kevin & Craig were a pleasure to work for and nothing was a problem, they seemed to take a lot of pride in the fact that they worked with such a good company with a long history, we are delighted and will without doubt recommend White & Co in the future.

The whole procedure ran very smoothly. Our belongings arrived on time (the move was 100 miles away) and in great condition considering they had been in store for quite a while.

The initial move from our previous home had been excellently dealt with some time ago and our possessions stored with care.

The delivery men were courteous, efficient and very helpful, making sure that our things were placed exactly as we wanted them. Mats were placed on the floor to prevent damage to our flooring.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending White & Company to anyone looking for a removal company.

Carol made this super easy. Kept us up to date, informed of all documents required and ensured this was the easiest part of our move to another country.

The guys who packed up and picked up our furniture were fantastic. They protected our carpet too.

The furniture arrived protected and undamaged. The fact we were able to put some soft items inside the furniture was a stand out bonus to this company! They were also the most reasonable of the competitors we tried.

Used the Dunfermline branch. From start to finish the service has been fantastic. We chose the full pack and removals which was reasonably priced and the cheaper option compared to other quotes we received. Connor, Mark and Michael did our removal and pack and I cannot praise them highly enough, they did an amazing job, nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and professional. The office staff were brilliant also, if I had a query nothing was too much trouble. Overall I would highly recommend!

A nice smooth move. We were given plenty of time to do the packing. The staff were friendly and helpful. On the day, they worked efficiently, respectful of the property and with good humour in the face of tricky parking conditions. And the staff were diligent in checking that everything was all right.

Before I moved I got a few quotations from several companies and White & Co were best for insurance and cancellation. It’s a very stressful time moving home and these guys put you at your ease and make the move very smooth. They couldn’t be more helpful. They were very polite and cheery and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

As we moved from Scotland to England over 3 days we dealt with the Dunfermline, Telford and Portsmouth staff. The service was across the board.

The removal process was made easier due to the diligence of the workers on site. They were really helpful and put the customers first throughout the removal process. Furthermore, they understood that we were under significant pressure and as a result they gave us extra time at the end of the service which made it was really helpful and much appreciated.
