I am so disappointed by the quality of…

I am so disappointed by the quality of the clothes I bought for the price. The clothes didn’t even fit me right so I tried returning them. They only give you store credit. It’s 2025, no store does that anymore. It makes customers less likely to return. Two of the items were final sale which was never even specified when I made the purchase. I feel completely robbed. I have so many friends that have been curious about WhiteFox given all the influencer ads but I’m telling them not to shop here.

Poor quality clothing - avoid!

I bought a jumper from White Fox for my daughter as a birthday gift, and after only three wears it already started to pill and look worn. She’s been really careful with it and I’ve followed the washing instructions exactly, so we were both surprised and disappointed to see how quickly the fabric deteriorated, especially considering the price and the fact that she owns other jumpers from different brands that still look new after months of wear.

When I reached out to customer service, their response was basically that pilling is normal and can be fixed by removing it myself. For something that’s been worn only a handful of times, that’s really not what I’d expect from a supposedly premium brand.

Overall, the quality is poor for the cost, and the customer service response felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, we won’t be purchasing from White Fox again.

AVOIDDD!! Scam & Worse Non Existent Customer Service!!

I Ordered A Full Tracksuit Set To then get an email saying they have not got one in stock so will refund been over a week not just NO REFUND but NO Items at all!! I even asked for it to be sent out when available instead of a refund but NOOOO Response from them Iv emailed in over 3 times now still No response so I will be taking this further… Because even if they sent 1 item what use would it be when I ordered it as a set and instead of giving me the options when it’s their wrong doings they just said they will refund for the one that’s out of stock but I haven’t got any of it!! AVOIDDDDD such a scam company!

My order never arrived

My order never arrived - labelled as 'left in the porch' not at my address we don't even have a porch or anything of the sort. Took a week for a response regarding this to which they sent out another delivery (day 5 I had had enough asked for a refund) they then told me no refund only credit note. I screenshot their t&c they then said they would refund no detailing a surcharge. I send my items back and receive £17 less than expected. The response was we may have taken the delivery. It was free delivery. Nor should I be paying a surcharge for a mid delivery address that is no fault of my own?!
I'll continue to post my feedback on their social media accounts until I rightfully have my money returned. UK1587454

This is the worst company I’ve ever…

This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Their sizing is way off, they charge to send back returns and only give credit no refunds. I didn’t receive my credit, the customer service department asked me to show proof that the credit wasn’t in my account. While doing so, they charged a new order to my card. I seen it read order placed and emailed customer service within minutes, no response. I emailed back 3 times in the next 2 days with no reply. 3 days later the order arrives. Customer service says I can return the order for a fee and another credit that I will probably never see. There is no customer service number to contact and the email for customer service doesn’t reply for a week or more. Never, never will I use this company again!

I love the quality of the clothes and…

I love the quality of the clothes and the quite designs, I also love that they have a good verity of products, but the customer service is not good, they run on Australian times and it’s not great if u don’t live there, they say you get a tracking email, but none arrived on both my recent orders, I also had a problem with one of my orders not arriving, and they sent me out a replacement order, I will be buying more as I love the quality and designs.

Avoid buying at this shop.

After one month the order has not been shipped yet. Total Scam, avoid purchasing at White Fox. I don´t give less stars because it´s not possible here, otherwise zero.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Returned items and still no refund. Contacted customer service who replied to say they hadn’t got my items I sent across proof and a month later they’re still ignoring me. It’s over £180 worth of money I’m due back!

Still waiting a month now for a return…

Still waiting a month now for a return to be processed! Disgusting customer service just ignore emails. This was a gift for my daughter’s birthday and the day received the top was all stained, I immediately contacted the company and they really just couldn’t care less! Happy to take money tho but not interested after that!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience – poor quality, wrong sizing, and no refund

I placed two separate orders with this company and both were a complete failure, despite the fact that I had carefully taken my measurements before ordering.
• First order: I followed their size chart, ordered a Medium, but the dress was far too small.
• Second order: I ordered a Large. It arrived much too big, with holes in the fabric, a needle sticking out, and even hair on the dress as if it had been worn before. On top of that, it came with no protective packaging.

In total, I paid over $120 in customs fees and $60 in return fees — money I will never get back. When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund and only offered a store credit, which is completely unacceptable given that the product was defective and unhygienic.

This company’s sizing is inconsistent, quality control is terrible, and customer service is unhelpful. I am now escalating this through my credit card provider.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company — it cost me a lot of money and stress for nothing.

Take your money but don’t send products

I wouldnt even give this company one star
But you have to give some thing

Absolutely rubbish customer service
Placed order no confirmation given
(But didn’t realise at the time )
Nothing arrived
No number to call so had to email
They have emailed back and look in to it and said we have received the item but requested a return label
Why would any one waste time trying to email if this was the case
After a few further emails, they then proceeded to tell me they are very busy at the moment and can’t really deal with this order as they have other orders to pack 😳😳😳

So company basically stealing peoples money and not sending items out
After having conversations about this with many friends, they have also had the same problem
Not great for business, really
Hoping someone might read this and actually get back to my dad that placed the order
Disappointed is not even the word
Never use this company

Greedy and incompetent

The abysmal customer service team struggle to handle any dispute outside of their prepared template responses. They did not issue a refund for a faulty $35 item out of a $300 order, guaranteeing I will never waste another dime on their lack lustre business. They will tell you that sheer fabric and visible loose threads is the standard quality to expect to receive when purchasing White Fox. Meshki and Princess Polly are much more professional and trust worthy alternatives. Greed, incompetence and a criminal lack of staff training is all I can offer as an excuse for White Fox. Reported to the ACCC!

I placed an order where the store had a…

I placed an order where the store had a 40% discount. The sizing is way off on both jumpers and t-shirts. I wear a small and the small t-shirt fits my husband who wears a large. It was our first order. When I ask to return just the jumper for a smaller size, I can only get a store credit so pretty much will land up spending more than if it was priced at original price. They are not about their customers at all! Sad as will not purchase from them again, regardless of how so called popular the brand is. My child will rather support another brand who is supportive of their buyers!

ZERO customer care or service.

Went online to purchase a hoodie I their 30% sale.

I typed in the promo code and accidentally pressed the pay button rather than the apply button. As the website is linked to the shop app, there was no payment authorisation process from my bank and so it processed straight away 😭

I emailed immediately to find out how I could rectify this and basically got told that as the order was processed they could do nothing about it. It was tough luck.

The company don't offer refunds, only store credit.

Now. I know this is partly my fault but they have made absolutely zero attempt to help or offer any customer service... In fact, I don't think I have ever come across a business whereby you can't even get a refund.... Do distance selling rules not apply as it comes from outside of the UK? Bizarre.

Requested i took pictures of items and delivery bag dutifully sent. Anther response within 24hrs stating all had been scanned their end couldn't understand what could have happened but would send a replacenment.
It has now been 2 weeks I have emailed company several times regarding my replacement item or a refund and no response or item has been received. Very disappointed, will not be using again!
