I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could, material is terribly thin for the price. And the fluff from inner lining balls up and comes off on everything even after washing. Customer service don’t care

Received faulty items no return??

White fox has always be great, but as a loyal customer of 14 years I received stained and dirty items. Sent multiple photos where they are clear as day and I was told to pay a return upfront then store credit … not happening what on earth would I purchase for $10 . If I’m sent items that are clearly damaged I should not have to pay to return usually if items were damaged you would receive a return straight away. Weeks later still no resolution. What happened to white fox .. I didn’t pay for dirty marked clothing.

Poor customer service from White Fox…

Poor customer service from White Fox when there was a problem with my delivery. I contacted them to let them know but their response was delayed, meaning I needed to place another order, and the final response was unhelpful.

I ordered a matching set

I ordered a matching set, but the hoodie and sweatpants were noticeably different colors. I reached out and asked for a free exchange for a new hoodie (it still has the tags on), but they’ve been ignoring me. Be careful when buying matching sets — the colors may not actually match.

Very poor customer service.

I have ordered several items from White Fox for my daughter. I’ve never had an issue until today!
My daughter bought a cami top which started to unravel after less than a day of wearing it. I didn’t even get a chance to wash it. I immediately complained and was told that unfortunately it was seen as general wear and tear, one day!!! I was offered a 50% discount which is NO use to me as I’ll never order from them again. Disgusting behaviour White Fox!

Bad quality

I ordered from White Fox for the first time and delivery time was great. Ordered on Monday and got it on Wednesday (I’m Australian). I bought a hoodie, pyjama pants and a top. Hoodie is good quality and comfy, haven’t washed it yet though. Pyjama pants are really low quality and extremely thin. But other than that I like the fit and design. The top was awful for the price. I have a lot of trouble finding tops that fit as I have a small frame and big bust. It was a “medium” but it was so loose on me, my boobs couldn’t even fill out the top and make it fit because there was no support whatsoever due to the cheap material. It was made really cheap and sold for $70, that’s ridiculous. Have a little care for your customers. It’s a cute place for hoodies but if you struggle finding clothes as a big bust girl, do not buy from here. There is cheaper stores for better quality out there.

Very Disappointing – No Accountability

I finally placed an order with White Fox Boutique after seeing their nice items online,for a holiday. Expecting it to arrive in a timely manner. Big mistake. My parcel was marked “delivered” by Royal Mail, but I never received it and it was dumped in a doorway according to the picture. White Fox refused to take responsibility or help beyond a generic response.

I understand delivery was through Royal Mail, but White Fox chose the courier—it’s their job to ensure the item reaches me, not just to hand it off. Poor customer service and no accountability. I won’t be ordering again.

Appalling customer service

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago, paying for delivery. The item was dispatched on time but has been at the Manchester sorting offfice since 9 June. I contacted customer service and they said I would need to follow up with the delivery partner. I followed up with the delivery partner and they said it was the responsibility of the retailer.
I have written to white Fox on two further occasions and have received no response at all. The item was ordered in good time for a 13 year olds birthday present. I now have no gift and no idea how I am going to be compensated for this. I completely understand that items can be lost or mislaid however there is no excuse for appalling customer service.

Avoid!!!!

Made an order kept a few item and sent the rest back, I have not been refunded for 2 of the items I returned and customer service is non existent so I am out of pocket for two items I did not keep.

Terrible customer service

I placed an order on 28 May for two items. Tracking info still saying Royal Mail await the parcel. Multiple emails to white fox-with no substantive response received to date! Will have to raise issue with bank and see if I can obtain chargeback.

Took my money and ran

Ordered three tracksuits one year ago and they took my money and ran unable to find them or get a hold of them. They never replied to anything I sent and will not give me my money back. I did not receive the merchandise

Items not received and no response from White Fox.

Ordered 2 items on the 12th of May for next day delivery. It is now the 29th of May and I still have not received my items. I have tried to contact White Fox on multiple occasions in this time and have received zero responses. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to hopefully recover the cost of the items.

White Fox customer service is horrible…

White Fox customer service is horrible and they do not stand by the quality of their product. I received a defective hoodie. It had been tried on for sizing so was on for maybe 2 minutes when we realized jewels were missing. I immediately contacted them..They asked for pictures of the defective product which I provided

I asked for a replacement as receiving a defective product was not ok
Their products arent cheap and their quality should reflect that. Suddenly they tell me they're policy is no returns on worn products. The hoodie had been tried on for sizing and I wouldn't classify that as being worn!!
It was 100% a quality control issue!
After questioning that, they completely stopped responding to any emails.
Horrible customer service plus a company that doesn't stand by their products is someone to stay away from!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I recently ordered some items for my daughter for her bday. They got sent back to the sender in Australia so I got a hold of them by email sense they don't have a number to call at all. They kept telling me the same answer that my package would take 16 weeks to get back to them. A couple weeks past and I ask about it and they give me the same reply that it's going to take 16 weeks and then I'll get store credit. Well to that I said it wasn't good enough for me that the customer service is crap and now I got an email saying they are canceling my ticket because they didn't like my reply. Now I'm out my money and products that I purchased. Don't buy from them

They are a SCAM worse service ever

If I could give 0 I would, I placed an order as gift to my girlfriend all clothes arrive poor quality cheap stuff from china, I ask them for a refund I placed the order in UK and they say they can not refund and they can just give me store credit which is illegal in Uk nevertheless I agreed as they refuse multiple time to refund me, I tried to place new order everything is sold out when I manage to select something I can not apply the discount code this website is a joke as been 1 year and I haven’t be able to make a new order using the credit I should have. I lost £250 to this company COMPLETE SCAM STAY AWAY

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. I've spent well over a thousand dollars on white fox. When something doesn't fit I just order another size and take the loss because the shipping is very expensive to send it back. However I recently ordered some jeans for $105, they were cute but too small so I ordered a bigger size. The second pair they sent were completely different from the first. They were a size bigger but 2 inches shorter, the wash had a gross yellow undertone, and the style was a mom jean as opposed to the straight leg cute pair I ordered. I emailed them pictures, they said they see no flaws lol told me to pay the $60 in shipping to send it back and they will take a look. I've already spent almost $350, still don't have a pair of jeans, and they won't respond to my emails. Horrible customer service. All I wanted was to send back the jeans I didn't order and get the ones i paid for. This place is a joke. Please don't waste your money here. You will be very disappointed.
