The Hoodie for our daughter was well…

The Hoodie for our daughter was well oversized and we have been trying to discuss our valid problem with a member of the WF Team by email ( as no Customer Service phone no.) but our emails have been ignored. This is poor Customer Service and will be very reluctant to ever purchase from them again. Jayne

Unimpressed with the customer service

Some nice items (hence an extra star) but very unimpressed with the customer service. I made an order and when they arrived I realised I could suit better a size down. Before I sent the order out, I actually placed a whole new order as I wanted to wear them on a specific day. And when I returned the first order, I must have accidentally ticked “receive a gift card” instead “return”. When I contacted customer service, I asked them to please switch the gift card to a refund as I don’t need more items. And the answer was “no can do” because apparently I had ticked a box agreeing to the terms. That’s fair enough but I’m not asking for favours, I just want that gift card turned into a refund because I don’t have a need for more items. I work in customer care and I wouldn’t even dream of denying that to a customer who placed the same order twice in good faith trusting it would all be sorted with such a big company. Well, lesson learned!

Poor communication

I had placed an order for sandals and opted for express shipping (which obviously cost extra) it has been 4 days and I have not yet received any information about my order although I have sent emails regarding details. Overall I am not impressed and will no longer be a customer of White Fox Boutique.

SOLD FAULTY SHOES

I bought the Matea flip flops which only lasted 3 wears and unglued. My emails are being ignored. The last response I had was they can’t help because they’ve been worn. They sold me a faulty product and now won’t help to replace or repair them. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Basically I bought shoes that can only be worn three times before they fall apart.

Feels Amazing

I ordered a hoodie, it's feel so nice , will be amazing for winter or even after the beach , it's very cute and aesthetically pleasing , I love the material , and I overall recommend this store , especially the hoodies!

Awful communication and customer care

I have had a problem with them for over a month now. I payed for 5 dressed through Klarna and returned 3 of them. This was not communicated with Klarna and they have contacted me trying to charge me the full amount for all 5 dresses. They have kindly held the payment while I have been trying to get through to White Fox. I spoke to someone very briefly on their online chat and they were no help at all. I have emailed 4/5 times, to which I have had no response. I am very unhappy with their level of customer care and lack of communication. I have since messaged again on their online chat and have messaged on their instagram.. shock no reply.

Hole developed at seam after wearing only twice.

At first look I thought the items were very good quality, felt great and looked great.

The items are not cheap so when my daughter’s joggers developed a hole on the seam (stitching issue) which I only noticed after she had wore them twice.

The company would not swap them over for another pair because they had been worn. At that price I would expect more than a couple of wears. My daughter was hoping to get a new jogging suit for her birthday but I won’t be taking the risk at that price or giving them my business after that unfortunately!

They are a complete SCAM!! I ordered a sweatshirt which came too big and poor material. Nothing like the picture. I filled in the online return firm and got a repeated “email or order no is incorrect”. The order number was from their email sent to me confirming the order. No paperwork inside to send back like decent companies. I then revised a generic email advising g that it could take a while to respond as they are in Australia. Are you kidding me!!! It’s been 6 days and still generic emails and no number to call. They sell very sub standard items and you can’t get a refund. SCAM COMPANY beware !!!!!!

Scam/trash

Someone needs to sue them for the same reason pretty little thing got sued . They always have everything on sale, even the sale price is not worth the quality of the clothes. You’re buying shein clothes at a PREMIUM. They put a high price tag and then put it on sale and that sale price should be the original price. You’re not getting a discount at all. Then anything on sale you can only return for store credit. The return label fee is $10.99. They don’t even give you a QR code to return you have to find a printer to print out label. I will never be ordering from this cheap scam of a website again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. UNETHICAL, SCAMMERS

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SCAM. FRAUDULENT COMPANY IN VIOLATION WITH ACCREDITED BUSINESS PROGRAMS. Would give ZERO starts, if a possibility. My daughter ordered from here in December and we never received a product. Tracking shows it was returned to sender, although the address used is my actual address. This scam company is refusing to issue my daughter a refund when a product was never received and to no fault of our own. They state they will issue store credit when they get the product back. It’s been over 2 months since ordered and over 6 weeks since lost shipping. If we were returning the product and issued store credit, fine, that would be one thing. Not the case here! WE NEVER RECEIVED A PRODUCT and are not making a return. Please do not do business with this unethical “company.”

Poor Quality Products

I purchased 2 products from White fox and they took over 2 months to arrive with significant customs charges. The quality was very low and the seams came apart after only 3-4 times worn even after washing on the delicate cycle in cold water and hanging to dry!

Feels like a scam

My story is long winded, because they've made it that way, but fast forward to now, I am waiting on a refund, they received my return on 3rd January and have now stopped replying to my emails.
They charge a Returns fee too, which is atrocious when they can't process your order in an appropriate timely matter.
I would of kept the tracksuit if I knew this was going to be the case, and sold it on.
This whole journey from start of the order back on the 25nd November to return with White fox has been a constant battle unfortunately.
They could of redeemed themselves if I had my money back in a timely manner, £80 is alot of money to be put of pocket with.
I can't tell you how devastated I am. Absolutely gutted. Unfortunately I will be pursuing this further.

APPALLING COMPANY *AVOID* AT ALL COSTS!

HOW ABOUT REPLYING TO MY -EMAILS, CONTACT FORM, LETTER, POSTS??

Purchased three times for Xmas presents, they were soiled, damaged andclearly not new. Six weeks on still chasing a reply let alone a refund.

Warning - They are also posting on facebook pretending to represent Whitefox obtaing personal details to de-fraud people claiming tobe helping with a refund. Reported this, also nothing.

APPALLING COMPANY *AVOID AT ALL COSTS*

Had to reach out to the bank to recover funds.

I returned my order for store credit because that was the only option as the items didnt fit, and now they are telling me my store credit is expired. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Ok until you need to return something! Terrible customer service - ie. ZERO customer service! It seems the customer service dept. is none existent. I ordered a tracksuit before Christmas, returned it on 25th December 2024 as it was too big, received an email to say they'd received it on 30th December 2024 and I'm still waiting for my store credit to be issued on 31st January 2025!!! Opted for the store credit as they take an admin fee out of a refund if you want a refund - also thought they'd be quicker to issue a store credit but apparently not!!!! I've sent an email about the issue, sent a message via their online query form on their website, as well as sending multiple messages/comments on Instagram! But I've heard nothing from them! Even had multiple scammers message me on Instagram claiming to be from their customer service team and very, very nearly got conned into losing £100 from my bank account so beware of this as well if you're commenting publicly on their Instagram!

AVOID - White Fox cannot be trusted

AVOID! Absolutely terrible customer service and poor quality items.

My daughter was so pleased to get White Fox for Christmas but one item had a rip on the seam. It’s been over a month of trying to get a response and finally a rude one, unhelpful and no exchange or refund. Do not support these scammers!!

Be careful when using this business

Be careful when using this business - having purchased a few items over the years for my niece, the last hoodie I purchased from them was not what she wanted so I followed the returns policy as advised. I received confirmation that the return had been received and a store credit would be issued within 3 working days. A month later, and numerous emails to them and still nothing. I won’t be using them again and have had to report them to my card provider to try and recoup the loss of money. Very disappointed niece, and very angry me!
