Bought a Whitestone Dome product from Amazon. It was a pack of two screen protectors for the Pixel 8 Pro. The product arrived with cracks and was unusable.

Through Amazon support questions, I was sent to a messaging system with Whitestone Dome. They sent me a fairly extensive list of requirements to honour the warranty such as currency, proof of purchase, purchase location, purchase date, purchase order number, variant, quantity, etc. These would be fine if I purchased from another party, but these are entries that are already in their system. The process felt unnecessarily cumbersome and gave me the impression that customers were being asked to complete more steps than necessary to make them less inclined to pursue a warranty claim.

I was also required to create an account on a separate website and re-enter information that was already available through Amazon, which Whitestone Dome was messaging through to begin with.

After signing up and completing all of these entries, their site asked me to pay USD $24.99 in order for them to honour the warranty.

Charging me half the cost of the product for warranty? Luckily since I bought from Amazon, I could go through them as the retailer. However, this suggests that had I bought directly from the Whitestone Dome retail site, I would have been asked to pay the same $24.99 warranty fee rather than being able to rely on Amazon to resolve the issue. As a UK consumer, I have serious questions about whether this approach is compatible with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

(2) If the consumer requires the trader to repair or replace the goods, the trader must-
(a) do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, and
(b) bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so (including in particular the cost of any labour, materials or postage).

They tried to charge me $24.99 USD for a replacement under warranty.

In the end, I had to contact Amazon themselves through a support chat for a replacement. They did it for free.

I bought a Samsung phone in 2024 and ordered a whitedome glass screen protector which was 2 pack the same day. Yesterday (after hundred of falls in the last 2,5 years) it broke, I found the whitedome protector, and today I installed the 2nd glass protector, and it worked as new again, hope it lasts 2-3 years more again. Highly recommended company for screen protectors!! Can't thank them enough!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!! I had been using this brand for 4 years, never had a problem until now. All of a sudden, I use this new protector for this new phone (s26 ultra), and they fell off instantly. It's like the glue didn't finish curing. Despite doing all the necessary rounds, I did and they fell off as soon as I took them out of the jig. Dont be get me wrong the glue stuck to the phone just not the protector but the glue wasn't as solid/sturdy as installations on previous phones had been post curing. I thought maybe i had the protector backwards and tried it the other way, but that didn't work either. The new jig is also horrible by the way, the glue got pass the absorption pads both times and under the tape meant to protect the volume/power buttons (still trying to figure out how that happened). 50 wasted on a 2 pack that fell off in seconds.

Bought a screen protector for a Samsung Flip 5 phone. The fold immediately separated. I contacted them via their website and they said they recommend letting it "settle" before closing it - though that wasn't recommended ANYWHERE in their instructions, including their videos. They said they'd replace it with a $10 shipping charge payment - which I provided to them. They never replied since - other than 1 reply saying they never heard back from me (despite at least 10 emails I sent them). This protector after 3 weeks is worse than the one it replaced (that was on for a couple of years). Their warranty is a joke!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I've ordered probably 20 items from these guys had to order a screen protector I didn't exactly want, but it was the only one that would accept the apple pencil. It was apparently damaged in the mail with a crease in the packaging. Did not notice that the crease damaged the screen protector put the screen protector on and it put a crease due to damage through the mail. And I was not able to get the air bubble out. I emailed the company the next day along with 4 other times they sent me an RMA# waited for a shipping label. Then, I got a email this morning. The 21st and they told me that they do not accept refunds on used or unopened products after 15 days. If I email them and got A RMA# how was that after 15 days?
Will never recommend or buy their product again.

I ordered with them on Saturday. Knowing it was an international shipment, I immediately sent an e-mail asking when my product would be shipped (their website states their fulfill shipments Monday through Friday). I didn't get a repsonse. Tried calling them: they hung up on me. Send another 3 e-mails, to which I got 1 automated reply, that didn't answer my questions whatsoever. I finally gave up and had Paypal put in a restitution request. Even to Paypal they DID NOT REPLY. Paypal ended up refunding me. DO NOT BUY WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT HAVING A BUSINESS.

Really terrible shipping. Placed an order on may 2. We are now may 23 and still didn’t receive the screen protector. Ow did i mention i paid 23$50 for first class international package? Avoid if you don’t want to end up like me and use your phone for almost a month without protection!

This product requires a UV light to cure it, and none is provided. After complaint, customer service said one was included in the kit and I must have lost it. None was provided, and accessing the instructions via the QR code, it says that none is provided. Customer service refuses to answer any more queried beyond the first one.

I purchased the protector, but realized I got the wrong size. I put in a return request. I got an email saying return request approved, wait for email for instructions. Instructions never came, nor a response after emailing customer service team three times. Scammy company.

Samsung Galaxy S21 mobile phone fingerprint sensors do not always work properly with screen protectors installed. Ours worked very well after we installed this one. It was also a pretty fast installation. However, the price was 3 to 5 times as much as similar products. The installation had too many steps, and would have been impossible without the overly fast video tutorial, as the printed instructions included were too small and not very clear. There were differences between the contents of the kit, the video instructions, and the printed instructions. Each item had a purpose, and the design was clever, but ultimately most of the contents of the package were thrown away, including the UV lamp used to cure the adhesive. Getting a kit shipped to us in Portugal took a month and cost us double the advertised price. Discount offers were not honored. Communications with the company were poor; we had to threaten to ask for our money back to get any response at all.

I have been using whitestone dome screen Protectors and they work excellent! But when you need a warranty Replacement you get charged $19.98 so unfortunately it's not a FREE
warranty Replacement!

Here's why I love Dome Glass over the other screen protectors I've had.
1. Truly custom glass, all of the other brands on Amazon sell pretty much the same product repackaged, this is a custom glass display, not only does it cover more surface area than competitors it also is a clearer glass overall.
2. The Adhesive (while harder to put on) hides all deep scratches, and keeps the screen at 100% for the sensitivity. I also love that it covers the camera so no dust collects or scratches occur in that area.
3. I purchased it from the company website and while the shipping to just over a week to arrive it was while worth the wait.
4. The install is crazy hard and crazy easy all at once.

I highly recommend white stone dome glass I had it on my Pixel 3 and now my Pixel 8 Pro and I love it!

Customer Service is terrible. The product is junk. It is the absolute worst Customer Service I ve ever. It is very much like a scam.

I went online and filed a warranty claim for a broken screen protector. Everything went smoothly and they charged my credit card for the shipping fee but I never got any response by email that my warranty replacement was on the way. That was February 1st. Try it again about 10 days later, again everything looked like it went smooth and they charged my card again. Again no email response or any way of knowing if the protector was coming. I finally emailed them and it was a frustrating experience going back and forth looking for order numbers to prove that I really purchased the item, particularly since I ordered directly from them on their site and my order shows up on the site when I log in. We finally got everything straightened out when I forwarded them an email that they sent after my initial purchade and they said a new protector would be on its way, however I still needed to get the two erroneous charges of $9.99 return to me since they charged me that amount twice for shipping on my previous two warranty claim attempts. I sent them the proof of payment from American Express, they said they would look into it. I've heard nothing since. I've been charged twice for it and I can't fathom how you can be in business and have such terrible customer service particularly since the product is such an outstanding one. My suggestion is buy this product and understand that you probably are not going to be able to fill a warranty request in a timely or professional manner without being aggravated. If it breaks just buy a new one. I'm so disappointed, I've used this company for years. But just horrible customer service.

Dishonest company, terrible customer service. Be careful when purchasing from their website, they falsely advertise and when you try reach out, per the other comments, they are difficult and unresponsive. If you do get a response, it's usually just a generic reply claiming no responsibility.

Basically a shady company.

Upon ordering I changed my mind after reading how easily I can be to mess this process up and get it in the speaker crack so forth…I emailed their customer service within 1/2 hour to cancel the order. Not only did I receive the order but received a response to my request to cancel three days after receiving the order. There truly must be no staff or if so then asleep at the wheel. Do not order from this place.

Ignored by customer service when attempting a valid warranty claim. The product is OK but for the price I expected premium long lasting protector. Reaching out to customer service has been useless, hence this review, so steer clear with your hard earned cash.

This company has horrible communication. I reached out to them about the shipping of my product. They eventually sent a tracking number. The tracking numbers mber stayed showed movement until maybe a day before its arrival. Each time I reached out, they would tell me that it has left their warehouse, reach out to USPS. ALL USPS has was "waiting for package." I do place blame on the horrible system of USPS as well. But what really bothers me is that Whitestone was NOT at all sincere, apologetic or seemingly concerned in anyway. There was nothing about them that seemed like they cared that there was a snag in shipment. If the product were being sent back to them, there's no way I would have gotten away with telling them that's it's out of my hands, call USPS. Id it got lost, it would have been my responsibility.

I eventually receive the product and like most customers feel, the product has issues. Both protectors failed during installation. I watched the installation video before and during installation. It was NOT me that caused the issue. It was the quality of the product. Then, when I proceeded to do a warranty claim, I realized that they charge $9.99 to ship a replacement IF it's approved. I definitely missed the small print on that. I WILL NOT take another chance with them. I encourage anyone, take a chance with other screen protectors. Apparwntly, Whitestone Dome needs enough people avoiding them to realize they have a major problem. I should have read reviews here first.

Bought one from amazon, first one came scratched and broken, I didn't complain as it comes with 2 pack. I installed the 2nd without issues. March 1st, may 1st the side had a chip, then where the chop is it started lifting up. I never taken this phone out of my house, it sits on my desk.

Can't request a refund from amazon as its been more than 30 days.

Scam, avoid.

Had the screen protector around 4 weeks, started cracking around the camera cutout, the same happened with the second, after paying £48 for the pair of protectors. Whitestone will allow me to claim through the warranty but want £17 postage, that's an absolute disgrace. Whitestone done should be ashamed. DONT BUY!
