Very bad customer service
Oh my goodness, I have no words! Bought this screen protector for my note 10 plus. Expensive but I thought they offer a lifetime warranty, so it’s all good. Got a hairline fracture in my screen protector after 7 months, so claimed on warranty. Paid £7.99 postage and heard nothing from them. My warranty claim wasn’t showing up when I signed in. They would email me asking for screenshots of the payment I made, then I’d hear nothing over and over again. Went through PayPal, got my money back for postage and will NEVER buy from this company again. There is no lifetime warranty because these fools don’t know what they are doing! A very expensive screen saver, where they lie and tell you they offer a lifetime warranty to reel customers in, but never honour warranty claims. DONT BUY THEIR SCREEN PROTECTORS, WHATEVER YOU DO, THE LIFETIME WARRANTY PROMISE IS A SCAM!
I ordered 2 of the whitestone dome…
I ordered 2 of the whitestone dome screensavers and 1 screen saver was broken. The other one had both screen savers broken. They charge you $9.99 for shipping on 1 screen saver which they want to charge me almost $30 for all three when it isn't my fault. Also it takes a month for them to decide if they even want to honor their warranty. Buyer beware!!!
I work in the auto industry
I work in the auto industry, always using my phone as a spare light, searching things. In the process im always leaving my phone on the lift or engine bays. As a result of my choice my S10 is always falling out of the tree house lol. My dome is cracked and chipped, but IT DOES the job its meant to do. If I did not have this protective layer I for sure wouldn't have my phone surviving ~10' falls.
Glass for OnePlus 8 Pro
I ordered a glass for my OnePlus 8 Pro, which unfortunately arrived broken. After an email to support and waiting a week for an answer, I have now received a new glass for free, which arrived today and could be installed without any further problems.
I am very satisfied, the installation is very easy if you follow the instructions.

Won't recommend this anymore, Bad service.
Won't recommend this anymore, bad service, expensive product. I came to also give input on the Whitestone Dome Glass, they have gone downhill like everyone else. Quality and price are not the same anymore and used to be the best one for curved screens. Been using since the S8+, Note 9, Note 10+, and now Note 20 Ultra.
This version is not that great especially for the price, I took the plunge as having had good results from previous phones but what a mistake. Installation is not as what it used to and leaves don't cover fully.
Their customer service is not great either, they charge for warranty replacements and would be fine if they shipped it out within a good timeframe but nope. Had to request 2 warranty replacements one for the Note 10+ for my mom's but it is still more than a month and nothing has arrived and note 20 ultra as well and still nothing and that one has been about 2.5 weeks. Contacted them to check on it and 2 days later to cancel and ask for refund but instead of doing it they say it has been shipped then where is the tracking number. I do have informed delivery, ups, FedEx but none have reported any tracking if they said it was shipped. That is wrong to do ship it out after requesting cancellation.
I usually stay with what works but with whitestone they really made you think that doesn't work now. I should have given to my second thoughts when I bought it but wanted something that I thought would be great but then to get this run around. 4 years buying several products just for this. Never again.
I think this would be the last time I will buy Whitestone Dome glass and won't recommend it as not worth the hassle and the price they are selling now.
Waste of $80
These protectors are rubbish had it on for about three weeks and noticed a crack in the centre of the protector from just being in my front trouser pocket with three keys on a key ring. This has never happened with $25 glass protectors I normally use. One month latter the phone dropped on our kitchen floor which is covered with soft vinyl covering the phone has a protective rubber case and yet the Whitestone protector shattered on the corner.
Considering the cost and poor customer service would diffinately not recommend.
note 20 ultra
I purchased the double pack for my new note 20 ultra and the camera protector. I did not receive the camera protector and when I emailed about it their response did not address the issue. Just that tracking shows I have received my item. I watched the video many times as well as some other people I follow. I can see how my first attempt was messed up so I took the first glass off and started over. I applied the second glass perfectly per their instructions. It is not hard but I was nervous the first time. anyway, it looked perfect and. was very happy. However the next day I noticed a spot on the side where the glass was coming up or was not secured down. Throughout the day it spread to about 1/3rd of the screen. I had to remove it, but not before I sent pictures to Whitestone dome. No response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Its not that great and there is no customer service. Ridiculous
I have been using this for over 6…
I have been using this for over 6 months now on my note 10 plus.
I didn't have any problems installing...a bit tricky but have to take your time.
In the 6 plus months I have had this protector i have had to replace it 3 times. One was with the warranty if your lucky enough to reach customer service. I read that you can get replacements for $15 but I haven't seen that anywhere and the company doesn't offer it from what I found.
This protector cracks way too easily. Any light bump cracks it. A drop on the rug cracks it. I was shocked. It's a shame because when its on the phone its great. Very clear and touch responsive.
I just can't afford to be coughing up 50 dollars everytime it cracks. I'm moving on to try and find something else.
Whitestone rediculous warranty policy
40 euros wasted because I didn't know that they don't offer warranty to customers who purchase their products from local stores... As if they're selling counterfeits... Till this day, the fact that they refused to provide me with a replacement tempered glass is literally the worst customer experience I've ever had. I was willing to buy the replacement, but they insisted that it wasn't possible, pointing that I had to buy the whole package again. That is certainly not the type of customer support I was expecting for a tempered glass that is arguably the most expensive one on the market at the moment and I definitely feel like I got scammed out of this. Please beware of their warranty policy prior to purchasing their products!
Beware!
I can't begin to say how UNBELIEVABLY upset I am. I ordered this product, started the process of installing the screen protector only only to find out the uv light they included was BROKEN. Now I'm stuck with a phone that has adhesive all over it and no way to cure it. I'm going to start by demanding a refund of this product and God forbid they ruin my brand new phone or they'll be paying for that too.
The lifetime warranty is a scam
The lifetime warranty is a scam, I had to pay 30 dollars for 2 replacements of 2 Galaxy S9's that have cracks and chips. And I quote from Whitestone email.. "the 30 dollars is for handing, restocking and shipping.". UM WHAT!?!?! The first purchase should have already covered all that!!! I can she s small shopping fee, but restocking and handling????!!!! This is suck a scam
Purchased the screen protector on…
Purchased the screen protector on 4/25/20. To date, have NOT received it! Customer Support IS terrible with responses. My communication would make them look bad as I am doing ALL of the leg work. All they have are broken promises. Great candidate for reporting to the Better Business which wil be initiated soon. Don't waste your money nor time!!! They are not worth it! VERY SAD!!!
Doesn't have enough glue to cover a S20 ultra
Similar to other users, I followed the instructions, and the glue did not reach the edges of the screen. I tried a 2nd time and the screen fell awkwardly, meaning that it didn't cover evenly. I could be good if it works as in the videos, but a very expensive gamble.
Questionable product, awful after sales/warranty service.
I've bought two of these recently, one for a Galaxy S20 Plus in which I've had no problems with the install, in fact quite perfect following all the instructions to the letter. I purchased this though a mobile phone store selling through eBay UK. Having read all the 'glowing' recommendations across the internet (YouTube and Tech Sites mainly) I expected great things.
The second i purchased for my parters S20 5G directly from WSD a few days later as i received a 30% discount code and didn't need the UV light as I already had one from the other purchase (£36 delivered). Super quick delivery and arrived in days so I can't fault that, but I had no end of issues with the install (not enough adhesive to spread to the entirety of the screen so found myself having to try to 'coax it' and to start again, and secondly spidering across the bottom right of the screen after curing the second time) - why would you put smaller tubes per install into the product than is actually required? Obviously also once cured you can't re-use the screen protector so your purchase is pretty much wasted.
For the first purchase, I tried to register my product so that it was covered under the warranty but it was rejected and I was advised to 'go to my local store'. Yeah great thanks for the support. Its YOUR Product WSD regardless of where you purchase it. Ironically their warranty site does not show the product I purchased (1 Pack vs 2 Pack) and in fact, shows eBay US (so you accept eBay US purchases, but not eBay UK - WTH?). Warranty support/website is a bit of a joke.
I raised a Warranty request on the 16th May for the second purchase which I'm awaiting a response but it is sat as "Processing'; although they where quite happy to take my money quick enough for the shipping; annoyingly WSD actually have the audacity to charge you $10 for shipping for a product that is faulty and already extortionately priced and frankly I can ship for less than £3 myself. I get the price of the product is wrapped up in the 'extra's but as a screen protector it's probably above standard and as a consumer you certainly should not be paying to have a product replaced under its warranty.
Kind of sitting between 2 and 3 star rating, but marked it down given that they mailed me straight after i contacted them to ask for the order number, then simply didn't reply or advise what they were going to do, plus the other issues I've cited.
Sadly, this could be a very good product if their after sales and consideration to the device types/issues were handled better (or even selling a 2/3 pack to the UK market given I've seen places selling the full product, for one screen for £65.00 - the screen itself must cost buttons)
EDIT: After a similar round of issues with the warranty replacement and a company that can only be described as a bunch of thieves, I've marked my rating down to 1 (it should however be 0)
I provided full evidence including a post install picture (showing it perfect) and after the install a few days later where the adhesive had started to deteriorate and come away. After a long protected email dialogue they have simply refused to refund. stating 'it's not policy' so completely ignoring statutory rights and consumer law.I find it astonishing these type of companies are allowed to behave like this.
If you know what is good for you, stay away from this shambles of a company and poor quality defective product.
They supply a defective buckled product…
They supply a defective buckled product and then you have to pay to have the replacement sent to you, "that's not a warranty". Never before have I come across a so over hyped company with such poor after sales care.
NOT EDGE TO EDGE
Claims edge to edge, its not. Claims bubble free installation, not that either. Tried to install twice following the instructions to the letter got bubbles both times. After finally installed it the glue started failing within 24hrs.
NOT AS ADVERTISED. IT DOES NOT PROTECT THE ENTIRE SCREEN!
Bought for S20+ and S20 Ultra. Fingerprint scanner works. That's where the good news ends. This screen protector does not cover edges of the screen as it says. In fact it covers less than the factory installed plastic screen protector from Samsung as the included pictures show. I followed all the instructions (written and video) and the installation was completed as instructed with wait times and cure times strictly followed. The screen protector lines up with the inside edge of the case and tries to lift, leaving feathery spots under the corners of the protector. Not a huge deal at the end of the day, but I paid a premium for this product because it is supposed to cover the screen and I liked the idea of a UV cured complete coverage glue. The cord that came with the black light didn't work and it took some trouble shooting to find that out and use another one I had for another device. When I asked the company about this, they said it was installation error and refused to refund or return the product. They never addressed the lack of screen coverage that they advertised. Will never do business with them again. If you don't want full screen coverage and have a case that doesn't touch the edge of the protector this product might work for you. Otherwise don't buy it is my advice.
Save your money friends
Save your money friends! Their horrible customer service is not worth the product. Within one week I ended up going through 3 screen protectors (none of which I could register because they claim my account is "invalid") All 3 cracked within hours of putting them on. I even went as far as to have my phone checked by both AT&T and Samsung for defects to which there were none. There was no impact, no harsh cleaning, no pressing too hard, no case to blame. Just poor craftsmanship. All the screen protectors cracked from the INSIDE. I emailed the company to ask for a refund on just one of the screen protectors and was told that they simply don't provide refunds for products that have been applied. I didnt even receive an "I'm sorry". As someone who has been in the customer service business for over a decade, I would be ashamed if one of my employees treated anyone that way. Poor quality all around.
Package lost, no reply from their support whatsoever
Ridiculous support, as of today I'm still wondering if I'll get the article at all.
Fingerprint scanner is not working with…
Fingerprint scanner is not working with this screen protector on. Stay away if u care about that.
