I ordered a 48 pack of their bamboo rolls back in December. I needed to order another box for the office which prompted me to write this, because I wouldn't order again. It works out at £1 per roll and none of us were impressed with the product at all. We've just ordered quilted loo rolls at half the price.
Now, you may be happy paying twice the price to save the planet, though I would ask... if bamboo is eco-friendly because it is so fast growing, then why isn't a fast growing product cheaper? One final note, Recent independent Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies show that the high carbon footprint of the Chinese energy grid heavily compromises bamboo's eco-credentials.
I appreciate the polite professional response from this company and cost per sheet is a valid comparison, however, we found we used more as it just wasn't as thick as quilted loo roll.

When our first box was delivered I remembered thinking to myself, ‘There’s absolutely no way they’re going to last us as long as they say!’
We’ve been trying to go a little bit more ‘green’ in our house over recent months, and have been making a few changes here and there. I’d been looking at Who Gives A Crap for a while - purely because I loved the name and the play on words - so I thought I’d give it a go. The result is, I’m super impressed! Not only are they made from fully recycled paper, each roll is individually wrapped, good quality and actually very pleasant to use. Throw in the fact that I don’t have to panic re-order them when we’re running out, because they offer a subscription, is even better! Also, the fact that 50% of their profit is doing amazing work, is a fantastic bonus.
Oh, and yes, they did last as long as they said they would - infact, they lasted even longer. We even had several rolls left when receiving our second delivery 🙌. Keep up the good, crap work guys!

The product is good. Be careful not to sign up as a subscription. I didn't know i signed up for a subscription. Perhaps I got a discount with strings attached. Two months later another huge box shows up while I am out of state.

Great product, shame about their choise of delivery partner!
I would have given them 5 stars, but when a company goes with the cheapest and crappiest [excuse the pun] courier "service", then they dont deserve more than 3 stars... I'd rather pay more to be sure that I get my delivery on time. Better than being left in the sh*t with no toilet paper!

I am on my second box and am really loving this product. The toilet paper is of excellent quality and I love that it’s a double length role, I also love the very stylish paper wrapper it comes in. The price is reasonable and the delivery is always very prompt. The best part is I never get caught short because it’s impossible to run out!

I am doing what little I can to help the planet, and using this toilet paper means not cutting down old growth trees. I'm all for it.
And the cat really is adorable.

First order made and 3 weeks later still waiting for it to arrive !! First one lost by Evri and contacted customer services who sent out a new order but still not arrived. Doesn't give me much confidence in having a subscription with them so will cancel and try one of the others who offer this type of toilet roll.

A recently damaged box of toilet rolls with an added box of kitchen rolls completely missing was due to Evri, who have delivered damaged boxes before. This is not the fault of the company, though I would plead with them to consider a different courier.
However, their CUSTOMER SERVICE in relation to this was EXCELLENT, with a prompt partial refund, a new order for the missing kitchen rolls and a discount on our next subsciption.

Excellent products, great variety. So very nice to have a great quality product that lasts much longer than the average roll of toilet paper. You also have a few months worth of them at once. Excellent packaging my whole family loves it and it has encouraged my kids toileting so much.
The paper towel is fantastic aswell and work brilliantly.

Very convenient to have home delivery especially with autoship. Really like that this company profits are used to help developing countries with sanitation efforts like toilets and clean water.

I love the toilet paper. It holds up . It never makes me sore. The pretty wrapping paper makes a nice display. The Swedish sponges are awesome as well. The people in the office have been nothing but helpful and kind. Just the kind of outfit you want to do business with.

Just got my first order. The width is 1" less than the paper I buy at Costco. It isn't very soft. Going to cancel the subscription.

They deliver on time and the website is easy to use.
The toliet paper itself is ok, if you are use to a very soft paper you may not like ot. My husband said it is like restaurant toliet paper, but after a month we are both use to it now. Trying to eliminate as many chemicals as possible from our lives
