All Akela food is covered under our Taste Guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened foods (limited to one per customer) or sealed foods (no limit) can be returned to us at your expense. Here are the terms:
1. You need to notify us by e-mail within 30 days of purchase that you wish to make a claim and include your order number (or a copy of your receipt if you ordered via a stockist)
2. You need to send the food back to us in its original packaging at your expense
3. We will check the food, weigh it and provide a refund for the residual weight minus a 10% fee for opened foods.

I’ve stopped using as they now don’t offer the choice of delivery service, DPD round here is very poor If I emailed or called it was possible to change from DPD but honestly it was just easier to move to a different product, I need ordering to be quick and easy

Stock was showing low on website due to packaging changes going through. I contacted customer services and received a very prompt reply. With their advice I placed my order and it arrived at the normal speed. Dispatch is always very speedy. My dog loves suffolk duck!
