Great company . I researched the cheapest place to buy TP Swing and slide and Wicken toys was the best priced by quite a bit .
Product was delivered really quickly and I was telephoned the day before delivery by the company to arrange delivery time .
The product is excellent , perfect for my Granddaughter , very solid and sturdy and was assembled fairly easily .

Bought a go-kart for my son for Christmas. They had the best price anywhere I looked. I haven’t opened it yet but I was very impressed with the speedy delivery, especially to Northern Ireland. Seems like a really great company.

I placed an order with yourselves only to find out that someone had ordered same thing for grandson so I rang you first thing next morning and asked to cancel my order on which you said yes and it was done and I had my refund straight away no fuss thank you

Website gives a lot of information but nothing beats being able to go to speak to someone face to face and get expert advise which trampoline best suited our needs and also could try the trampolines as well.
There was no pressure to buy, the man was so knowledgeable and could answer all the questions we had.
We went away to make sure it would fit garden OK as went thinking to get round one but after discussing it with Wicken toys decided a oblong one would be better for our needs ,and ordered it, it was ordered on Sunday night and delivered and installed Thursday.

I'm always a bit iffy about buying thing via the Internet, and I'm the sort of person that if I buy something I want what I've brought there and then, how ever wicken toys contacted me the moment my order reached them for confirmation, and as I live half way across the country I couldn't receive the product straight away which was fine as I required their build service, when picking up the buggy the owner was very polite and welcoming, and showed us around his display play sets which was great to see them all up and the different options available as well as the trampolines and other karts and bikes definitely worth a visit and again thank you wicken toys for your service 😀

The communication was impressive to arrange delivery and the young lad that arrived and fit the monkey bars was lovely and did a perfect job.
