We leave you alone while you look and try the different items but we are available if you do have any questions or would like any help but we will not chase you around while you are looking.

Excellent service.
The delivery man called to apologise and let us know there was a problem on the motorway and they would be later than expected. Apologised again when they arrived. Lifted the box into the house and explained if there were amy problems, whatsoever, to let them know and they would sort it. So polite, knowledgeable and sincere. The product is fantastic!

Once my order was placed I received a call to organise delivery which happened within a few days. Delivered by the actual company not a 3rd party. Driver very helpful reassuring me on ease of installation of the swing/slide. Yet to install it but so far service excellent. Thankyou

Excellent customer service. Ordered a last minute present the weekend before Christmas.A gentleman from the shop rang me to tell me it would be sent with parcel force’s 24 hr delivery on the Monday but it couldn’t be guaranteed to arrive before the big day due to demand on the service. Thrilled to receive it on Christmas Eve and very pleased with the product. Well done Wicken Toys and Parcelforce.
