All round good experience. Ash was a good engineer knew what he was doing and carried out the job efficiently and tidily. Considering getting them back to redo the rest of the house WiFi.

they did whet they said they would.Our coverage is consistent through the house and in the garden.Next step is to replace BT rubbish contract.Would thoroughly recommend -but we did already have CAT 5/6 installed.

Outstanding service from Samuel and the install team. Always available when I have a question and the install was very thought through and neatly done. All 6 APs working perfectly since install 6 months later. Most of all, wifi is super quick everywhere. I have a Virginmedia connection topping at around 300Mbps and getting around 210-250Mbps everywhere by wifi. 100% recommend Wifiheros. Thank you

The family home was getting a broadband speed boost from my Virgin Media supplier which required replacing and activating a new Hub router. Even contacting Samuel by mail at the very end of a busy Friday initiated a speedy, efficient and expert reply from Samuel who also asked me to phone him that evening to confirm that all was working well. This I did, and we received the clarifications we needed for me to have a stress-free weekend with the children. I recommend both him and Wi Fi Heros without hesitation- cheers!

I've used the team at WiFi Heros several times now (summer 2021 and March 22) and and each time they have delivered an excellent service.

I initially required wifi to a garden office and outside garage that will be converted to a working space. I looked into all sorts of solutions before stumbling upon WiFi Heros. Out of the few companies I reached out to they were the most responsive, replying to my initial query immediately and assuring me that they could provide a robust connection throughout the garden and outside office. Since their installation, the Internet service to the garden and office has been the best service through the house! The other benefit is being able to sit in the garden in the warm weather and work.

As we are undergoing a full house renovation, I recently found that a better connection was also required right at the top of the house where I often work to escape builders. Again, I reached out to this team who promptly booked me in and strengthened the connection throughout the second floor so that I can now work from my bedroom without a choppy Internet connection. This has made a real and noticeable difference as owning several businesses as well as the pandemic means I am dependent on working remotely. The team have also been great at trouble shooting and ensuring that I have been happy with the service. I would recommend using this team ahead of any other offering the same service! I'm very pleased that I found them.

I found wifi heros on-line, read a few reviews and booked. They explained what they needed to do concisely and booked an installation. The engineer Stephen was great and got the job done quickly. Wifi Heros get's my recommendation

The guys were great, knew their stuff and solved both the WiFi to my garden room (70 ft from the house), and strengthened the connection in the house. No more WiFi problems, superfast connection proved by the speed test!!

I could not recommend this company any higher. Ash & Sam have been very clear to solve my WiFi issues. My office garden is 16m away from house and now has fantastic WiFi. Superb communication from them both. If you have internet problems - USE this company!

WiFi heroes are aptly named. Living in an old house, the signal was totally unreliable, always going down and invariably just before or during a meeting. They came, surveyed and sorted. Our WiFi now works! Any questions are dealt with extremely rapidly ,problems resolved.
Now have speedy, reliable WiFi throughout the entire house and most of the garden. Wish I had used them sooner.
