Matt has done a great job. Professional install, efficient, managed around our needs and stayed u til the work was fully complete. Wi-Fi signal across the house and across 3 floors is flawless and a big improvement on the previous set up. Would recommend.

We used Wi-Fi hero’s to extend our broadband to an outbuilding after reading the reviews online. The installation was carried out by Matt who was efficient, polite and kept us informed on every aspect. The result is excellent and the whole process quick, easy and was unobtrusive on the day.

Barry carried out the initial review of our system and Ash installed the recommended equipment. Both of them were extremely courteous, thoughtful and efficient - a pleasure to deal with. An unexpected glitch that occurred after the system was up and running was quickly sorted out by Ash.
I would have no hesitation in recommending WiFiHeros to anyone.

We had some significant Wi-Fi issues, after an initial consultation with Samuel who identified the problems, spoke to the broadband supplier on our behalf he came up with a plan for additional access points and relocation of router. Matt came out to do the installation, he was so helpful, polite and efficient. He took the time to explain everything and was so respectful of our home. We are so pleased with the end result and after a year of Wi-Fi problems we now have a fully functioning system. Thank you so much.

Contacted WiFi heroes as I had some connection issues in the loft, within a week they were round to check on what the problems where.

Once identified it was only a week later before they were back round installing the solution.

They were quick/polite and tidy.

WiFi heroes provide an excellent service. They arranged someone to come round within a few days to evaluate what we needed and then quoted me the same day. They completed the work soon after and Matt was really efficient and sorted everything out so we have excellent WiFi all round the house.

I found WiFi Heros from a search and Barry from the company came to investigate our WiFi, diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. O'Niel and Crew fitted the necessary equipment and the result is hugely improved WiFi speeds and a much happier family! Office now connected properly, 200ft from the house, Matt was professional, and took the time to check with us where we wanted cable to be installed so unobtrusive.
