Trust Pilot need to make a sixth star… the whole team were great. Samuel prompt on the communications as was Lorelie who was very friendly even when my initial payment. Steven came and fitted and was one of the most diligent out there. Wouldn’t drill a hole without checking and explaining the plan first. Kept things really tidy. Incredible troubleshooting when we couldn’t find the right line, was cool calm collective patient and friendly throughout. A huge thanks, everything working brilliantly and the stress of poor connectivity is gone. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Amazing service. Very speedy to book the service in. I had WiFi cabling installed from my house to my garden office. It was a great price, better than other quotes, and the service of installation was brilliant. Even helped to dig in the cabling in garden areas, and answered all my questions. Quick installation and internet is now super speedy in my office. Many thanks guys!!

We had lived with Wi-Fi issues for many years, and I guess had become accustomed to the frustration. However, the kids were continually moaning and this led us to WiFi Heros. Matt came round and all of our issues have now gone. He was professional and polite, worked with us to make sure we were happy with what he was doing, and delivered as promised.

Steven from WiFiHeros was absolutely brilliant. Excellent customer service and professionalism. He not only installed WiFi in the garden office, but he took the time to fix our wobbly garden fence to protect the cable that ran along it. 10/10 would recommend WiFiHeros, particularly Steven. This company does what it says on the tin! Service is fast, efficient and courteous. Barry did the initial call-out and quickly identified what I needed. Steve came and fitted all the devices around the flat. He had a tough job as it turned out I needed an additional unit for complete coverage. As this had not been factored in, WiFi Heroes generously offered to foot the bill for the extra one. This is not the cheapest solution to poor WiFi coverage but it is the most effective....you really do pay for what you get and I'm absolutely delighted I chose to go with WiFi Heroes.

Wifi heros is a one stop solution to all your internet needs. I had serious problems with internet coverage around my home. I tried so many products recommended by various companies, none worked.
They provided a simple device and the rest is history, hardly had any problems since. They are able to view disruptions from across the globe real time. Customer service is top notch too.

Seriously amazing company and end finish was super tidy. Took 18months to solve this problem and Wifiheros nailed it within 14days. £2400 well spent and team were so knowledgeable, polite and diligent. You Truly are Wifiheros and my brother in law will be calling shortly.

The outcome expected is not documented, rather a quote for parts and labour which leaves room for confusion. I have 2 access points and a switch which are delivering a much improved WiFI service however I also have 4 cables with Ethernet plugs sticking out of the wall when I expected Ethernet wall sockets. They tried to charge me more than expected because the surveyor quoted parts that would not deliver the outcome expected. So for £1800 I am not happy aesthetically with what I have but do have improved WiFI and connections to the Sky boxes. This could have been achieved at a much lower cost and I regret this decision.

Great Service. Suggestions to stabilise Wi-Fi worked very well and installation team did a thorough job. Clever solutions and toddy cables- good job by Oneil and the crew.

Had a great engineer Tony come at very short notice and did a very thorough job sorting out all our Wifi and sky problems.
He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Matt arrived on time and did an excellent job hiding wiring and delivering a perfect solution. Matt also cleared up very well and you would not know any drilling had taken place .

I’ve been having issues for a long time and spent a lot of money on WiFi extenders but to no avail. I read the amazing reviews and felt very comfortable using these guys. Ash came over and was absolutely superb in talking us through what he was going to to and now we have super fast WiFi. I’m over the moon
