I have been a long-time loyal customer of Patti’s Pearls for several years, and I have spent good money for the wigs I have purchased. I recently found out that access to my account has been disabled, and after calling I was given some BS about them updating their website. Truth is, their prices have increased significantly and I suspect they don’t want the customers to know just how much they have increased. They are now charging an extra $14 for colors like Palm Springs Blonde, not to mention the price of the wigs such as Amber by Jon Renau has also increased. I never paid extra for that color but the person on the phone tried to tell me I did. How can I prove it when I can’t access my account? This is a very poor way to do business especially with loyal customers. I ordered three pieces from Name Brand Wigs and did not get charged an extra fee for the color. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I received a piece that was less than acceptable. I returned it and received a credit for my purchase. I purchased the same piece again and the replacement was much more satisfactory. Wigs by Patti's Pearls has the best Customer Service assistance you'll ever deal with.

The customer service is always A+. Whenever I have questions, they are answered quickly and courteously. I've received my orders on time and in excellent condition.

Quick response to my questions when I wanted to change my order. When I did have to exchange the piece it was an easy process. Quality of this product I received is consistent, excellent. I will order again.

Patti’s is the very best! I used to deal with another company for at least 10 years, and although they were very good, nothing compares to Patti’s Pearls. I have had a great experience with Wigs by Patti's Pearls. I am a first-time wig buyer with minimal hair loss in the front and lots of thick bio-hair in the back. Ginger and Emma worked patiently to provide me with many options to consider. I am an average to an average-large and was concerned about the fit of the options. In the end, I decided to wait until I had more hair loss. Emma was very kind about my decision despite how much energy both she and Ginger put into my wig-buying decision. I would highly recommend Wigs by Patti's Pearls.

The customer service team person who I dealt with on a refund was fast to respond and very helpful, even though it was me who made a mistake. She was fast to remedy the situation and was very nice!

They say satisfaction is their main concern. I don't think so. Purchased this exact wig 5 times and in the same color all 5 times and really liked it. First 3 were great, 4 went downhill but kept it as returning fees are so high. Ordered again thinking that the 4th one was just a fluke but the 5th one is worse yet. Explained why I was returning was that the curl pattern on the left side was good, the ends turned down. The right side however the ends all flipped up so it looked ridiculous. Also the pictures of this wig show bangs, on tis wig you could not get any hair to come forward it all wanted to go straight back. Color also had more dark hair in it then previous wigs. They claim all this was within limits and that I would be charged the $25.00 restock fee. That is not giving satisfaction. I would not order this exact wig 5 times if I was planning on returning it, apparently I liked it a lot to order it 5 times. This company has the highest restock fee and apparently it's never the fault of
a poorly made wig per their quality control who does not have to wear that wig. I will shop else where for future wigs.
