Great food. Really delicious and good quality. The whole family enjoys eating game. Delivery arrived on time and was well cooled and insulated. I will definitely keep ordering from them.

We have been using wild and game for the last year and they never dissapoint, the venison and game meats are far more tasty than usual meats and the monthly recipes are great, 75% of our meals now are game

Wild and Game produce great quality wild game meat products at a reasonable price. Only reason I've given a 4* is that they were let down by their delivery courier. However , Wild and Game went that extra mile and refunded us the full cost. And I shall be putting another order in with them shortly

Delivery was on time but there were several items missing/ with jottings on my delivery note/order sheet but still nothing to actually say items were not available or anything about next steps. No email confirming missing items. I’ve tried contacting but nothing an appreciate it’s been over the holiday period but a shame, as I’m a regular customer and would happily have missing items credited or sorted another time. The lack of acknowledgment and communication is a shame. The fact that a review has been requested before my missing items have been addressed is unfortunate.

Firstly thank you for delivering to the Highlands! Great communication and the items all arrived on time and in perfect condition due to the excellent packaging. The free recipe booklet which accompanied the order was an added bonus. So far we have eaten the Venison pasties which were delicious. Looking forward to enjoying the rest of our Black Friday box and to making future purchases. Thank you very much Wild & Game.

I must compliment Wild & Game on their excellent customer service. Our last delivery arrived late and was mostly de-frosted and we could not use the products as we were going away the next day for a week. Fedex were to blame for this however Wild & Game via a very helpful Spencer Lord quickly agreed to replace the items and send them to arrive when we returned. The replacement order arrived today as promised. We are a regular customer and this is the first issue we have had. Other suppliers could learn a thing or two from Wild & Game on how to deal with customer issues. Of course we will be returning to place more orders soon.

Wild and Game replaced some meat that was not up to my expectations.
This was very kind of them but they were then let down by the delivery company who didn't deliver in 24hours as promised and kept the box for a further day.
This is a perishable item which should be delivered as paid for.
The goods were defrosting and it could have been much worse except for the extremely well packed item with lots of wadding and ice packs to surround it.
