Suntour top cap, replacement part arrived fast which was good but £7.50 for delivery of such a small piece of aluminium was astronomical! However it was the right part on the bike at the right time so all good!

My bike was Rubbish what did they do to it throw it together for the price I paid there were parts missing hub cap on one of the wheels wires sticking out of the deraileurs Allen key Boults not tightening up on my purchased the wildcat 21 gear mountain bike I am not purchasing any item from you again

Said they would fit got them it fitted on bottom not too message them said I used them and don’t fit sent them back they got delivered then they said we won’t refund then no communication so gone through bank

Badly labeled products meant I ended up with one wrong sized part. (SR Suntour preloader tool)
There's zero description - aside from the titles.
Photo was no more help - it looked like it was a double-headed tool. It wasn't.
I bought three linked products. The two correct items measured 32mm. Surely quality control/pickers must look at this sort of error and question it? Surely not in this case.

Otherwise, delivery was fast. And it should be for £7.50.

Significantly cheaper than amazon for a weird hard to find component. Really fast postage. Will definitely use again
