Terrible product
Hi,
No and the reason for that is me mother got rid of the box it came in and didn’t think I could send it back that’s why I took it to a local bike shop. I wish I never did that either it was a waste of money and I’ve been conned because he only replaced a piece that was missing and I got charged £40 and he didn’t even do a full service check on it because the wheel are still buckled and now I have to take it to Halfords for them to sort out properly and that’s going to cost me even more money which I should of never had to pay. It was a brand new bike and all I’ve had is trouble that’s why I rated it the lowest because I’ve never experienced anything like this before when I’ve bought a new bike.
