Geoff, Philip, Edward and the whole team were fabulous. Friendly, knowledgeable. With a good understanding of the business they are in. Very accommodating, experienced, skilled in their business and just very nice people. And nothing was too much for them. I could not have done better anywhere else. It was a great experience and I loved working with the team. And the team understood the issues with my very scared rescue cat and were great in accommodating him. And Edward especially made sure! Edward was great with the viewings and supported and assisted me all the way. He was super with the people coming to view as well as assisting me with any queries I had. He is very caring and a genuinely nice person. He was always there when I needed him for questions or assistance. Nothing was too much for him. Not only is he brilliant at his job, but he is sensitive to any situation and stays very calm which helps a lot. Edward is an asset to Wilfords as is the Team.

I’ve worked with Wilfords for almost a decade. They consistently achieve higher rentals with better tenants & the highest prices on my sales properties. The biggest difference with Wilfords over ‘leading brands’ is that when a tenancy or sale hits a bump in the road (if there weren’t any bumps estate agency’s wouldn’t exist!) they communicate. Geoff (Wilford) Simon & their team are always at the end of their phones or call you back the same day. Not what you get from a more traditional agency on a Thursday or Friday evening! I’ve recently transacted with them on the purchase of 47 Pembridge villas where I was the buyer and the experience was great also. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Geoff and George are everything you could want in an estate agent - genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and keep you in the loop at every stage. They sold our flat quickly for a great price - what more could you ask for. They advised us on our onward purchase and reassured us at stressful moments. Experienced, balanced and open, we always felt in safe hands. We couldn't recommend more - don't even bother looking at any other agents!

They accepted my offer and took a holding deposit for me - only to wait until 1 week before I had to move in - to tell me the landlord had actaull found someone else and they would be refundingmy deposit - LEAVING ME WITH NO WHERE TO LIVE IN 6 DAYS.

I have made a choice to both sell and purchase my next home with Wilfords. After (some disgraceful) experience with estate agents in the London area, I can say that Wilfords provided a personalised, efficient, polite and five-stars service through the duration of the process. They have skilfully provided advice and on-hands support when needed in a complex chain transaction. I would recommend to anyone who values top class personalised service.
